There is a rumor that eth 2.0 might be postponed to next year, if this is true, then eth would dump more because lots of people bought eth as regarding the 2.0 Staking, but it seems vitalik deny the rumor, still worth holding though in my opinion

I would not expect ATH to be achieved for ETH. but I save this asset for the long term. eth still has great potential for growth. I believe this will be an asset with a surprising increase when the bitcoin pump is run.
Of course, we should not expect too much about hitting its ATH but who knows if it will reach especially if they will release the Ethereum 2.0. I will prefer holding it and buy any amount so I can be able to store more Ethereum in my portfolio. Ethereum also have a portion in my portfolio and this cryptocurrency is also suitable for long term investment just like bitcoin. Maybe, all of us are now waiting for Ethereum 2.0 and we just need to be patient because this cryptocurrency will also bring us good profits. Probably right now, the best thing to do is to fill our portfolio with strong cryptocurrencies in the market just like Bitcoin and Ethereum. No need to panic because I know that Ethereum will totally hit again its ATH. |

Can you show any official proof that Ethereum 2.0 can be delayed ? Please share the links which suggests this delay as this will not be good for the eth as with this the hype will die and ethereum may dump fast.  |

Because you are a newbie I can understand your fear of seeing the whole market is red, even though you should be happy if you see
a red market.Because it is an opportunity to be able to buy more ETH at cheap prices, while the ETH that you have bought just hold it.
Because the movement of ETH is difficult to predictably, certainly not to worry about holding ETH. Sooner or later ETH will definitely
return to the All Time High price, because ETH is included in the Top Altcoins are popular and have a high enough volume. So it's very
safe to hold ETH.

That's true, but the demand of ICO did not increase significantly when bitcoin has not pumped, so who knows if bitcoin will pumped then we might see ETH rise as well, but of course it should not be due to ICO as I also believe that there's a little chance ICO will relive its popularity, the new game now is not for ICO but for IEO and will benefit the exchanges if the bullish market will come. When it happens, I think that people will invest more as IEO is a better platform than ICO as it's safer and more secured and I also think ETH at the current price is undervalued so I expect that it will rise at least a double of its current price during that time. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
What's your thoughts on it?
It doesn't need to reach an ATH soon, but in the long run it will and it will all depend on the performance of bitcoin. So, hope that bitcoin will reach its ATH and major altcoins will follow. |

It may take a decade. There must be a lot of people will locked their ethereum into the staked address and it should be more than 50% ethereum in circulating supply. This time the condition of crypto market is quite different and i think you are aware about this too. |

Looking for long term investment, ETH mostly followed btc and once bitcoin start to pumped really hard eth will follow and tail the movement. There's always options either long or short term trading as long as you know how to place your timing there's always possibilities to earned. Lots of investors consider ETH since the team is still working at backend and continue to provide updates. |

As long as the next update will be running smoothly and I do believe if ethereum can go to the moon again. Ethereum POS has been getting a very huge demand from the market and some people may have started to store more ethereum into their wallet to anticipate a big bullish signal for ethereum. I hope we are not being deceived with the update. Anything is bound to happen. A successful update will cause a great spike in the price of Ethreum, while a failure in it, will make some people lose hope in crypto and there will be another serious bear again, if not the worse. I still have the belief that things will go on smoothly with the proposed upgrade. |

You don't have to afraid of holding ethereum because as a king for the ERC-20, ethereum will be the king for the ICO. We know that ICO is almost dead and it's replaced by IEO which still runs till now, but ethereum can still survive at the market, and it will increase at the right time. You need to calm down of holding ethereum, and you can buy more ethereum at any price because ethereum will make another ATH in the future. Even though we don't know when ethereum will touch new ATH, we will see it soon, and you can sell the ethereum at that high price. |

There's so much that ETH can offer to us and I choose to hold more because most of the altcoins now are pumping and I think the bull market is soon to come. This 3rd quarter will be different to altcoins. ETH is still on top, better to have more holdings than to regret it later on. Don't be afraid to hold ETH, this coin proves a lot to us and it will continue to do its best to rise high.

We don't know when it will happen but I believe, ATH will only be made if there's a good run in the market and if we enter again into another bull market. ETH is the top altcoin, we should not forget about this one and we have to continue holding this because it will go up again. Why afraid to hold good coins? be afraid if you invested into another ponzi scheme investment or a scam token. If I have much money to buy ETH I will not hesitate to buy it because of its good fundamentals and of course the recent update with ETH is great reason to pump soon. |

We don't know when it will happen but I believe, ATH will only be made if there's a good run in the market and if we enter again into another bull market. ETH is the top altcoin, we should not forget about this one and we have to continue holding this because it will go up again. Why afraid to hold good coins? be afraid if you invested into another ponzi scheme investment or a scam token. If I have much money to buy ETH I will not hesitate to buy it because of its good fundamentals and of course the recent update with ETH is great reason to pump soon. It depends on the OP himself, if he is afraid of holding eth, I think he can't hold his investments for long time. So if he is looking at short term scenario and expect gain profit from it, then maybe look for other crypto that will give him that kind of return. He is the only one who can finally answer his questions, because he is the only one who knows his real financial situation when it comes to a very risky investment. |

Base on my experience with ETH, its more profitable if you always follow its trend just like buying at a cheaper price and selling on its higher price. When it comes to long term holding, see the chart and you will saw that ETH always pump after the dump, so by this you can earn your target profit. |

in current market conditions, it is indeed awry in holding coins for a long time, but if you hold ETH you better be patient for a while until the crypto market returns to normal. Just divide the coins in long- and short-term horizon view. And for short terms once it meets my goal, I sell it off and book profits and for the longer-term perspective if there is a dip in the prices this is where the buying opportunity comes, and I start accumulating the coins back again. So, for ETH long term is bullish on this coin and should continue holding it. |
