It will depend on you and how you speculated for ETH price to move. Will have different outlooks and insights crypto in the future but for me, I start to accumulate more this time and hold because I saw a growing market demand that pushes ETH to grow, not to decline the same as you think OP. I understand that many are getting shit and bore of a long-term holding, this is might be the reason why they never consider ETH but rather to choose others.
But if you are a trader, it is not a good idea to hold because it won't make help you to gain more profit. This only for those who are willing to sacrifice their time and patiently waiting for years to come and then sell.

Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.

better to hold your ethereum now and waiting for eth 2.0 because eth 2.0 will bring more demands on eth, and i believe this will push the price of ethereum grow my friend regards Everyone thought that when this news came out, ETH would increase but I'm sure this will happen differently than what people are anticipating. For me, this is just normal news and will not help the coin improve in price so it is best not to be too dependent on this news. I only invest in Ethereum because of the benefits it can bring to this market because if ETH is used more widely, the price increase will only be a matter of time. |

I have ETH in Binance and I prefer to hold it as long as it will not reached my invalidation level which is at $215 per each. I still do not see any weaknesses so for me it is still good to hold ETH. ICOs are only a small part of the value of ETH growth. Its value has increased significantly recently due to the upcoming Ethereum 2.0 upgrade.If the economy stabilizes, I think ETH can break the old peak once. again. In the crypto market, nothing is impossible just because the whales don't want it to happen. So holding ETH at $ 234 is too good, just need your patience and long hold will have very good results. |

I have ETH in Binance and I prefer to hold it as long as it will not reached my invalidation level which is at $215 per each. I still do not see any weaknesses so for me it is still good to hold ETH. You don't need to worry about holding Ethereum, Ethereum is worth holding, short-term might not be suitable for ETH, but long-term Ethereum will be a to the moon |

During the 2017 the ethereum is very high value bevause we knew that every ICO are accepting ethereum and many ICO investors used as investing but after that we knew also it is also once of the possibility the ether down the value which is normal about this year I think the best to the of the ethereum investors is to hold their ether because we are expecting for the ethereum to reach again the ATH in the future.
It is hard to see the price of Ethereum returning to the old ATH as the market is still in a downtrend and there will certainly be a lot of new adjustments this month. If you want to be like 2017, ICOs need to be revived because any project during that time is very easy to succeed. Now that everything is different and there aren't many potential ICO projects for everyone to choose, it's best to wait patiently until the altcoin season returns. |

I agree about ICO is now dead, but i think Ethereum is still worth to hold, because there will be so many upgrade in future like ETH 2.0 and many more. And for long terms in my opinion ETH is still worthy.
It's not dead yet but so many IEOs were also using ethereum blockchain. Ethereum has a long term vision and did you see what already planned on the roadmap? it has been giving us a lot of explanation about there will be a lot of big things. ETH is the best coin for long term. |

If my memory is not cheat with me i am strongly has remind that in 2017 eth was in 250+ ,However the up trend was started and made it to 1300+ .So you may sure that it has great platform and has bright future as well .Don't afraid to hold . |

I keep holding for now, it's the best choice for me unless I really need emergency money so I will take it off. Ethereum is indeed down but the last few months still show progress although not much. Ethereum 2.0 may be a good surprise

Even if it will crash I am confident that it will recover not just like those sh*tcoins after a crash only dust are left and some do exit scam. Market now is really dependent on Bitcoin movements so if we have a bullrun for sure it will reach new ATH again.

If the market is red or green is not matter for the potential coin.Because at any moment the price of potential coin will get into the peak. ETH is the potential coin in the market. So hold your coin and wait till the peak .ETH is better to hold at all the time,you should a patience for it.Panic selling won't work in Crypto trading. |

I wanna guess ETH future have lot of planing so you can buy but if you have bought then keep holding at long term. I like to feel during year 2017 more profitable so i hope expect eth price could make big announce soon. Although many holders want cheap price for buy but i am not happens cheap price will possible because ETH stay in good place.

It is true. We don't need to worry about the drop in the price of ETH. Just keep holding and wait for the next surge. ETH is the most trusted altcoin, that's why people call it as a king of altcoins. It is much different than other altcoins with having lower ranks or even less marketcaps. The altcoins with low marketcaps are possible to dump and hard to increase their values. But it doesn't happen in ETH that is proven to surge after a few months. |
