Actually, if Prem League continues the way it does and becomes a bit predictable I might just switch to watching some of these Serie A offerings. Never really want to get excited by constant and cynical fouling, and referees in a daze, but after Como, and now seeing Monza nick some blood at home for only their second win of the season, maybe it's about time I ditch the usual for a few gameweeks to remind myself why I'm watching English football?

Not really sure why my default pick on all Juventus games isn't draw. It looks that other outcomes doesn't exist for them this season - 13 draws in 20 games, I barely can remember any team having such record. It looks so weird team which is still undefeated is only in 4th place.

Because they should be good enough to win, wasn't so long ago when they were doing 1-0 wins like the Old Lady we all grew up knowing. Now they seem like maybe they want to rediscover the ultra defence they were renowned for... but then go chasing down allowed goals.

Finally! Juventus enjoyed their first losss of the season, and in fact, actually scored first so should have been thinking bout enjoying the rest of the game but I guess they chose to defend 

Well done to Napoli man, they totally deserve being where they are. Inter Milan of course has not yet ended the conversation so at least here we'll see a great battle.

My worst pool didn't improve much even with the exact and close scores of last night. It's not like I'm even getting many of them wrong, you generally get points with the top 6 but I think I'm losing a lot from my memories of Torino and Fiorentina, they've been absolutely horrible. Still playing for yellow caps, of course, and the joy of seeing Juventus not getting Champions League football (hopefully).

What a non sense teams are Fiorentina Lazio and a few more in this league, they are a rollcoaster, one day they win and the other day they lose against the most weak team of the league.

Lol @darbit yeah everytime I see teams in this league, I just automatically choose the ones I recognize as the winner, and usually I go for 2-1. That means both Milans, Juventus, Napoli, Roma, Lazio. I guess recently because of Champions League also Atalanta. But man, now Roma and Lazio are like Torino and Fiorentina in status. But in a way, good for the competition of the league I guess. I mean we can complain but Atletico lost to Leganes, City lost to Forest, bla bla

Hahaha yes seems like the disease is contagious. But talking seriously in the teams i mention in Serie A is happening every time every season, they cant fight for anything big because of that behavior.

Lazio was always a not relevant team since a good few season in the early 2000. And Fiorentina the same since the departure of Batistuta for example.

Ah Lazio. If they weren't still suckling from the teats of Rome, they would have long disappeared into the ashes of time. Even their roughest ultras gave up years ago, but you know them. They'll show up for a Coppa or two every year, I think this is a good football league, in objective opinion, after decades of Juve and both Milans holding a grip on Scudetto, I have a feeling we'll get a patch of high turnovers. I know Napoli only seemed to break it once, but that year Lazio also were second, but now battling Cagliari to a draw haha. Napoli again I hope breaks it now, wouldn't it be nice to see Atalanta smashing it all next season?

P.S. Still hurting a little from the last-gasp equaliser last night against Napoli, to lose is bitter, to lose to cryptofrka is a humiliation.

What does it say about football when a big Italian club wants Garnacho and then it doesn't work out because... the salary demand is too high?

Good that Italy football is still awesome, and still able to compete with lower wages than EPL, but the Manchesters really need to sit straight and figure out how not to ruin football more with totally abnormal salaries for shitty players.

When City is spending 200+ million in January to beat entire Serie A spending, people have to do something about it.

So you cant expect so much, in the end money talks.

But now it is not just about money received but also money spent. Which is why Barca can't spend anything (we have to bring in more than we spend). Considering 95% of clubs also have to repay loans or investments borrowed. Unlike clubs like PSG or City or Chelsea who have no debt, so they can spend a lot, but just match it with real money from rich owner pockets. This is the problem I'm talking about I guess.

Anyway no use complaining as like you said money talks. But its kinda a sad game, so I'm happy to see the rich clubs not doing well.

Here in my part of the world, it's almost similar, but that's purely because of the geography of neighbouring countries (north for many means neighbouring China, south for many means neighbouring Malaysia and Indonesia) -- but the fights we see are quite bloody and (wrongly) affiliated with religion.

On the other hand, on my huge island, the southerners, like myself, are considered more xenophobic, more adamant. The northerners welcome a mix of culture and identity, even language.

I love how tribal football can be, in that aspect, and very much so our state football is played as we live -- reckless, suicidal, and stubborn. We have so much in common despite the difference in our blood separated by ocean!

Are you talking about Italy or south east asia?  Hahaha like you said as far as i can read in your comment is pretty similar.

Im still waiting for the raising of the most populated zone of the world in term of football is incredible how India, China, and the whole sout east asia cant make a single good team of football, can you made your own team and lead the "borneo headhunters" into the top world football? Funny scenes in Serie A tonight.  

You rarely see someone subbed off right after scoring a pen.

Lorenzo Lucca didn't allow Florian Thauvin to take the pen, even though he is Udinese's captain and designated penalty taker. Several players from Udinese tried to talk Lucca out of it, but to no avail.

Props to their coach, who subbed his ass right away.
