I entered predictions on Superbru yesterday, there are a lot of games played in following days on Serie A, and according to coefficients on Sportsbet there are a few games that could have pretty tight result. Hope I'll manage to find some time watch a game or two from this round.

I still have to do my job and put all the picks from each pool.

Im doing good in this pool so i want to stay in that form. This round we dont have good games between top teams. I know we have the Rome derby, but i dont expect a quality match there, is a derby so is gonna be a fierce match.

Ahhhh come on Lecce and Cagliari i know Lecce is trash like always but Cagliari is super irregular and when i put them to win i finally change my mind just because Lecce was at home and i finaly ended up putting 1-1 as my final pick.
And now i saw Caglari won 2-1.

It was a perfect result for me, good thing it came since I also had Cagliari win on a ticket so at least I got something right this week. Also my position in this pool is super poor, so time to start turning it around

I'm here to talk about Hojlund, who already has a great start at Napoli. Conte's the right guy to fix a broken player too methinks (at least for the first season) so maybe he joins McTomi in Naples folklore.

It is Manchester United curse, every player that leaves that team gets new wind under his sales and significantly improves the club where he arrives. I really can't pin point what is the problem with United since they are buying good players who play like shit for them and then become good once again when the leave. If they manage to destroy Cunha and Mbuemo....

What a game between Juve and Inter, few more like this and maybe I will start watching Serie A once again.

Yeah, so far Mbeumo is doing what he's always done, and in the few instances I've seen him not unimpressive. He's supposed to be at peak age though, so Amorim better take advantage. Napoli flopped at UCL but it was a tough opponent. I'll be watching more of them hopefully.

Let's see if the move for Dimarco really happens. Then we'll know for sure if United turns players into shit.

It's also a much weaker league. Hojlund is a mediocre player, there's honestly no doubt about that.

The only thing that I do not understand is how do players like him, Nunez, Jackson.. keep their value? All of them combined shouldn't be worth 50 mil EUR, why do other clubs still take them?

They can take a punt on a similar player for a lower fee, on much lower wages - and also hope that the player improves. These fellas won't improve one inch and are truly not good enough.

Great negotiation? Nunez also has some kind of origin club deal where his original club takes a cut of every sale, so I think this is priced in.

Or... the likelier... I don't know how things work in football market.

WOOOHOOOO thank you! I had not even any idea I was getting this close but now I'm checking the leaderboard, I'm a bit less happy as @KTChampions is still way high above me lol

But very good, jumped 8 spots and into the top 10, I'm very happy, thanks to great exact scores also just like in EFL pool. Great week for me, now lets get better in Champions League and Europa!

I checked my position on leaderboard and I'm pretty satisfied with being around middle considering I'm not expert in Italian league, but anyway I will use different tactic for making picks in following round. In previous rounds I relied on Sportsbet's coefficients when making decisions, but on next round I made decisions based on performance of last 4 games, I can't wait to see if this system will give better results.

Oof it seems I jinxed myself when I said that I'm satisfied with result so far, because after checking results it seems that I was  awarded with wooden spoon award for worst performance in this round. Hope for better result in next round

All my other tickets went to unexpected results but despite many such games I totally missed everyone of them lol

I unfortunately missed one game (Hellas Verona vs Sassuolo), but for some reason I still got one point for that match.
 To be honest I thought that if I miss the deadline I'll add also miss whole round, like in BSFL, but luckily for me this pool has different rules Also does anyone know how come I got one point for a match that I didn't put prediction on?

I think you have a limited amount of 'default' picks - meaning that Superbru automatically assigns you a pick by itself. I think they give you the most selected one?

Not sure how often it works though, or how many times you can count on this during the season.

I don't think it is most selected answer though, because most of the people selected Hellas to be a winner or selected draw. Somehow Superbru selected Sassuolo for me and it worked out very good

You get a community default pick. Most selected answer for that match. When you get that pick, max points you can get is 1. You have between 5-10 of those picks, not sure about the number, can't find it now and it is spool specific. I believe it can be changed when pool is created but don't remember seeing it this season. Maybe because I renew pools and then it just copies the options. If that is the case than number is probably 10. I remember setting it like that ages ago, idea was that you can miss one whole round.

You may still be able to earn a point through a default pick (a pick for the team the community most expects to win). You are eligible for 15 default picks in Ligue 1

For the sake of being punctual, it's 15 default picks per season. Premier League, Championship, etc...15 is probably the default setting.

I used to dislike this feature, but with so many pools, it's quite possible to miss a pick here and there.

Wow, that's unexpected. At least in one league I managed to get up from the bottom. Because in other leagues it's scary to look how terrible I'm perfroming.
Anyway, glad that I decided to pick other games to watch than Juventus - Milan. 0:0 and it looks that I didn't missed much.

Just made a small bet on AC Milan vs Fiorentina. No goals scored so far but I guess the bet is pretty safe. We still have more than half of the game left and plenty of time to get one nice goal against Fiorentina.
