But later on I saw that they sold a few players for around 55-60 million euros in total recently.    I don't know what percentage of these sales are added to the transfer budget but it looks like quite much of it is being added.

Hopefully Greenwood will no longer be entangled in mistakes off the field, which could have fatal consequences for his career. In my opinion, Napoli's management is creating barriers to prevent them from selling Osimhen, for Napoli's management, if any team wants to buy Osimhen, they must pay a very high amount so that they can then buy another good player and make a lot of profit, It's as if they were creating a scenario in which they were indirectly saying that: "we don't want to sell Osimhen, but if they insist on buying it, then they are willing to pay any amount". but that makes sense because napoli depend on Osimhen to win series A, if they sell Osimhen then they are destroying their chances of winning series A

 Lukaku would not be able to replace Osimhen, I know that Lukaku is a great player, he has a very good style of play, but he would not be able to score the same number of goals that Osimhen can score and that difference is crucial if Napoli intends to win series A. Though the real issue these days is that players' prices are inflated anyway. It means if you sell a player for 100 million, it doesn't mean you can instantly buy one of the best players in the world with those 100 million. Availability is an issue and competition in the market is an issue. As soon as it becomes known that one club is willing to pay 100 million, several other clubs will most likely join the party and look closer at that player. The whole market is inflated and that is why these big sums at first look enticing, but whether you can really solve problems with that money down the road is another question.

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the news regarding Osimhen, he reported that Osimhen has agreed to join Paris Saint-Germain and PSG wants Osimhen, but an agreement between the clubs has not yet been reached. I think PSG has submitted a transfer value proposal to Napoli, but there has been no agreement, perhaps because of the clause that Napoli wants. Psg will still try to recruit a new striker in this transfer market to fill the gap left by Mabppe. Osimhen is a player who continues to be linked with PSG in this transfer market. I don't know what happened to Greenwood in his past. But what is clear is that Marseille have found a new star for their front line. In fact, they have so far secured 3 players, indeed Greenwood is the most expensive at €26.00m. while others, there are Bamo Meïté and Ismaël Koné for €10.50m and €12.00m respectively. Don't think this deal should pull through because as of then Osimhen played for Lille but non saw his full potential to get him not until he left the league and became one of the hit man for Napoli before they started eying him, PSG is a club that loves already made players and without Mbappe on the side they are willing to do anything to get a better replacement which is the Nigeria striker. I'd prefer him going to the EPL to play for either Arsenal or Chelsea since both clubs have been trying to get him and the amount to get him isn't the problem since Napoli have reduced it (correct me if I'm wrong) just to see the deal come through.
To me PSG isn't a place for someone like Osimhen, getting only the domestic trophies is their target and nothing more, that's to show that Mbappe made a wise choice by leaving the side to win trophies especially the UCL with Madrid and if Osimhen joins PSG he won get close to winning it (UCL) no matter how long he stays at the club.
