If they asked me to pick the team that performed the best yesterday, I would pick Lorient, because their defense was very amazing. And the funniest part is that, as PSG scored the first goal within 2 minutes, they also equalized.

I see the competition this year being quite fierce, with teams vying for points or keeping a narrow gap between themselves. That's the problem with Lyon for some time now, ok let's forget about the red card, is there a time that they'd go all out and get winning in games that we consider to be a game to get a cheap 3pt that we won't see them mess it up? This has become their habit and if they continue to struggle against the small teams how can they manage with the big guys and fight for the title this season? Honestly they should be ashamed with their form last season and this very campaign, this is a sign that Ligue 1 don't have up to 3 strong teams to battle it out with PSG for the title. Lyon winning 3-0 against a promoted side and it ended 3-3, hmm...they are really struggling with their defense, maybe next transfer market they'll try to build a stronger back line.

It's crazy how Lyon threw away 3-0 lead into the mud and allowed Paris to did an incredible comeback. Lyon was still in control of the game until 65 minutes with just less than 25 minutes to go and they lose control of everything. I will blame the coach for failing to manage the game properly. His team was up with 3 goals against nill and he took out his best players and substitute them with defenders who hardly control ball. If you're not pressing your opponent, they'll definitely press your team and even if you have all defenders on the pitch, they can not withstand the pressure in the long run. He's not that a bad coach but he usually find it difficult to read match and adapt to situations. This has cost them series of matches since last season and this season too but unfortunately he's not learning anything from it.

League One teams are not serious, and with the way they are playing this season, no one will believe in them again because people will think it is a fixing match. If someone told me that Lorient can stop PSG from taking the three points, I would not believe because PSG has beat many teams that are stronger than Lorient this season. PSG is not serious this season, and it looks like they are only serious about winning the Champions League this season because that is the only competition.

Many teams that we expected to win their games, including PSG and Maseile, did not win, leaving the league open for any team to perform well and finish at the top of the league. I know that PSG is the best team in the world and are still the favourites to win the league this season, but they must be careful, if not, they will end up without winning any major trophy this season.

Now with the draw that occurred, Lyon can take advantage of the situation to be able to catch up with the points owned by PSG which will make the competition a little more pronounced in Ligue 1 although maybe for the final result it will always be guessed who the champion is.

I do not consider Lyon as a team that is ready top the table because if there were serious, they wouldn't have draw against Paris FC. Lyon have weak defence that should be strengthen in the next winter transfer windows. Lyon has to work on their players because that's the only way out to challenge PSG for the Lique 1 titles. However, Lyon vs PSG is a one way prediction,much analysis is not needed to predict the winner of the game. This is because PSG is strong and more inform than lyon. But this kind of thing is expected when we want the competition to be more interesting in Ligue 1 because indeed until now PSG can only stop to get their points when they do not do the match well and although in the last 5 matches they still have not tasted defeat but this series clearly makes some other clubs have the opportunity to catch up with PSG's current position.

After like 28 games, the point difference will be so massive that PSG will need to win three or four more games to secure the title again.

Ligue 1 have played games week 10 and its first time how several top teams only left few points behind PSG indeed still leading the top position, from the top 6th standings team Lens has two points remaining with PSG after get failure winning the last games. PSG not performed as well well in domestic league this season after playing 3 draw and loss 1 match of 10 games so far. PSG loss productivities goals from Monaco and Marseille already scoring 23 and 24 goals in Ligue 1 than PSG scored 24 goals, the same with defense PSG have conceded 11 goals and difference with Monaco conceded 7 goals.

If all top team can perform well until the end of season I think Ligue 1 will be more interested than last several season how PSG dominance easily, if remaining few points only until the last games week I think not comfortable position yet for PSG defending the Ligue 1 tittle for this season.

So if there is any competition, it will be between Monaco, Marseille, and Lyon for second and third place. 
It's clear that PSG isn't playing to its full potential, but it's still winning and leading the league, while Monaco has had a good start and their latest 5-3 victory over Nantes was very entertaining and productive. Also, former Monaco captain Alexander Golovin scored for the first time since January, and Paul Pogba may even be announced for the next game, so maybe we'll see him on Saturday in the match against Paris.

Mind you their opponents are sitting in the other half of the tables. Take a look on Lens and how they failed to win versus the last team in the ranking.. by the way it was Metz first victory after 10 Rounds. I don't have much expectation from them and it will be hard to figure out the second and third team when you see such results.

Doue, dembele and mbaye were in the starting XI of  psg. Even then psg failed to win the match. This is definitely psg's failure. Lorient was not a strong opponent. The team is in 16th place in the  points table. Against such a team, psg should have easily secured 3 points. But the match was drawn 1 -1.

There is no doubt that lorient performed well in their home match. Their target was to get 1 point from the match. And they succeeded. Lorient played defensively throughout the match. They  were able to make only 4 shots. Even then , lorient's players were able to break psg's strong defense. This is a great result for lorient.

In as much as PSG is looking quite impressive with their supposed champions league dominance this season, they still have a long way to go, and anything can happen after this stage of the champions league, even the other top contenders may just be reserving the best for the heat hour, when the champions league build up is got passed this league pages and the champions are now in even more anticipation, the whole game rhythm may just change and we may likely see this PSG dominance drop drastically.

This was certainly a surprising result, and it even caused my parlay to lose because of PSG, as I was confident they would win this match easily. But in reality PSG dropped two points in this match, leaving them just one point behind Monaco and two points behind Marseille. On the one hand this is good as it makes Ligue 1 more competitive, but on the other hand I no longer want to bet on PSG matches. It's very painful.

I don't know what's going through Enrique's mind right now. He's rotating too much even Hakimi is on the bench even though we know he's very strong in defense and attack. On the other hand I see PSG as unmotivated to win. Perhaps they're bored, because it's very clear they're not trying hard to win against a team that's likely to be relegated this season.

PSG must be consistent in a match like this, as they face Bayern Munich in UCL, and Munich is currently unbeaten in any competition. This certainly bodes ill for PSG in the coming matches.
