Leaving by several main players from Donarumma, PSG performance not quite well last season after many points loss in domestic league and recently until playing 11 games PSG only get 24 points of 33 have been achieved. The moment you lost you lost, means the other was better!

I think the news about Mbappe departure from PSG is very clear, he wants to win the Champions League trophy with Real Madrid because that trophy has always been his dream. Luis Enrique had already convinced him to stay at PSG, but his desire to leave was unstoppable, especially with the lure of Real Madrid. Even before Mbappe finally left PSG, he has always wanted to play in Madrid, that was not even the first attempt for him to move, only that this was the attempt that pulled through finally, he would have beennat Madrid even before then but maybe he stayed back a bit long with the hoped of been lucky with the champions league at PSG but unfortunately the trophy came home after his exit, Enrique is not and cannot be blamed for the exit of Mbappe as that has been an intention in motion already before it finally got executed. Yes you are right that Enrique did not want Mbappe to leave but it was Mbappe himself who did not want to extend his contract with PSG and that is why Mbappe became a free transfer for Real Madrid.

And yes Enrique did not run out of ideas to have talented players, he trained his team as best he could and boom, last season became champions league champions, who would have thought that after the departure of the star players actually made PSG win the champions league with a lot of struggle.

But this season I doubt very much for them to defend their championship title, being able to enter the quarter-finals alone is already very unusual for PSG, this season many are getting stronger and the monster is slowly building.

Luis enrique is a excellent  coach. In the past few years , PSG's best player has been mbappe. We have seen that the team is very dependent on mbappe. Enrique has reduced this dependence. And he has created a perfect squad. PSG is no longer  dependent on any specific player. Every player in the squad performs well in his position. PSG is very strong as a team. And this is why psg  was able to win the champions league title for the first time  last season. PSG is in very good form this season too.

I don't agree with this comment of yours. PSG haven't improved in the Ligue 1 compared to the previous season. They have made silly point losses despite having a much better squad than all others so far.

If they improved then now PSG would be more ahead of their nearest opponents in the standings. But I only see a 2-point gap.    For the Champions League, all I can say is that they look better in league phase than last season.

But they shouldn't have lost to a Bayern Munich with 10 players despite playing like that for another half...

That is why recovery is the most important part, always make sure that your players recover properly, better than even training.

Recovery is not something teams have to learn yet, because they didn't get this many injuries yet, but they are learning very fast because of how rich they are, they are getting the best people to make sure players are back to ready quickly.

I think Paris is slightly favored because they’re playing as the host. We can see it from the odds displayed, at a glance, their strength doesn’t seem much different. Besides that, the two teams are only separated by one point in the standings, but in their last five matches, Paris has shown better statistics than Rennes. It requires careful consideration if want to place a bet, but to minimize risk, I think BTTS might be a more suitable option.

Still finding it hard to believe that Lyon got something in that encounter against Brest, it wasn't a game I expected them to win or even draw after the red card. The performance was unbelievable to the extend that they had to keep up with their style of play and was even pressing the Brest side back in their own half like they are complete like the host team, if the host team was good enough they would have been leading at half time but they had almost all the better chances but could not convert any.
For Lyon I wish they continue with this type of display especially against a bigger side to show how ready they can be when they put their mind to do something big for the club, occupying 6th on the log with 20pt shows that they only need 4pt to level the point gap with the league leaders, this mentality in this encounter against Brest is better than the last time I saw them play.

Lyon's performance is something that seems very impressive Personally, I liked what they did That's football we all have to accept that sometimes football isn't about what you deserve, but about who scores the goals, and in this case, everything went Lyon's way Ligue 1 matches always bring something new and impressive.
