I am not regarding Olympique Marseille as a big team anymore, they have failed me several times after all the trust I have in them, they are becoming weaker every season instead of growing like any other teams to compeate, they have feel relaxed and mad PSG to always take win the League1 every season, and now we have taken league1 as fermers league because the teams we used to know back then are all dead.

Lyon, Monaco, Lille, and Marseille all are not ready for title challange, they left the battle to an inexperience Lens which tried their best but wasn't able to cope due to fatigue and inexperience, But I am hoping they can have more money next season tom sign more players.

PSG can not win home  match against lorient. The match ended 2-2 . If psg could have kept  their defense strong in the second half, they could have finished the match 2-1 .

Lorient's players  managed only 5 shots in the entire match. They were able to score  two goals. This is  certainly the failure of PSG's defenders.

It's truly interesting, as I had a hunch. If PSG's match against Lorient ends in a draw, Lens will certainly be happy to see the points gap narrow. Meanwhile, Lens will face Nice today, who are currently in very poor form. So, I think if Lens can secure all three points in this match, the Ligue 1 race will become exciting again.

And my assumption remains the same, if all of that happens and PSG advances to the UCL final, the Ligue 1 title will be awarded to Lens.

Marseille is doing charity apparently rather than playing football. Let's save Nantes from relegation and get ride of Auxerre.. That's one of the worst results of Marseille so far especially against a team in the last ranks.
Continuing with the bad results, even Paris Saint-Germain wasn't able to win their match versus Lorient which will delay their victory of the league to the last round apparently unless Lens miss points too..
Such results will make betting here on win/lose quite risky. Better to explore more options.

It was quite awkward. Lorient are a team with no goal left now. They are 9th. But still they managed to equalize the score twice against PSG away. I would just keep PSG defense responsible for that!

I am quite with you at Marseill. But when you said that Lens could not cope due to fatigue and inexperience, I disaggre. That is the single team in France at the moment actually proving the reverse. They were down 3-0 to Brest like a week before the Nantes-Marseille match. The majority of teams would fail and allow the game to be killed. Lens returned and leveled in the 94th minute with Saint-Maximin. By the way he only joined them in February as a free agent after leaving Mexico (his kids were getting racially abused).

And that's my point... You cannot call a team inexperienced when they're four points behind PSG with a game in hand. They are taking away comebacks like that. They are not budgeted like Marseille. They lack the star names. What they have is players who've played every single minute of the season without breaking down. And a system, which in reality remains the same every week. And what can Marseille say?

I am aware of the farmer league viewpoint. The superiority of PSG is ridiculous and it renders everything useless at times. However, below PSG this season you have like four teams within one point of each other struggling to secure a spot in the Champions League. There are Lyon and Lille and Rennes. It is just a league with one team that has unlimited money. The remainder are still competing.

Marseille's problem isn't the league being weak. Marseille's problem is Marseille. Always has been.

What you said is a much more appropriate focus for PSG at this time, considering their position in Ligue 1 is still secure at the top of the table. Therefore, losing or drawing their last two Ligue 1 matches isn't a major problem for PSG, as their main goal is to retain the Champions League title after they secured it last season. However, this time the challenge is a little more difficult because the opponent that PSG has to face is Bayern Munich, which is currently in quite good condition in the Champions League and also in its own domestic league.

Normally it shouldn't still be an excuse for PSG. Because even with their rotated lineup their skill level is much higher than Lorient players. I know PSG did this for the Bayern Munich game.

If you talk about PSG securing the title I feel this isn't a better one, last season was better than how they secured it. The pressure they faced this season is hotter than that of last season, imagine the point gap they used to end the league last season, well this time around they have seen it that some other teams are getting up to push them off the top spot. And we would have seen Lens reduce the point gap but they also played a draw which means is not going to be easy to get close to PSG because after they finish with Bayern Munich in the champions league they are coming back to win their game and still be at the top, Lens doesn't have a chance as it stands.
