Normally it shouldn't still be an excuse for PSG. Because even with their rotated lineup their skill level is much higher than Lorient players. I know PSG did this for the Bayern Munich game.

The fielded 2 players from the team that played with Bayern, 2! Doue and Pacho!
Basically, they sent players that never played a full game, that never had a chance to pay toghether with this line-up against a team that, despite being weaker, had a lot of continuity with their team, even a team made out of the best players you pick out randomly will have trouble, bench them for 3 months before and they will not be able to beat a mid tier tem.

It was expected, besides, Lens is not a threat at all, they managed to screw their chances on after the other.

And I’m confident they’ll dominate the second half as well given how effectively they threatened Le Havre in the first half. So I personally predict that Lille will win this match. Their chances of securing a spot in the Champions League are still alive. And that makes me even more certain that Lille will be highly motivated to beat Le Havre.

Lille deserve to win this match, they have no excuse and no reason to lose this match because they had all the opportunities to change the match, but their attackers lacks clinical finishing to convert their chances. If both Lyon and Rennes wins their respective matches, they will be dropped to the fifth position because they failed to sir their chances; therefore, this is a bad result for them because it might be the end of their Champions League spot against next season.

You are absolutely right this semi finals pairing between PSG vs Bayern munich would have been the absolute final of the champions League. It would have ended up as one of the best finals that the champions League would have ever witnessed. Because the first leg were just some else if you ask me, it was end to end stuff right from the first minute of the game until the final whistle signals the end of the game. This game was the best game of the champions League to me this season, I really doubt if actually the finals will be entertaining as this game. There's no denying that the first leg of the semifinal between PSG and Munich was arguably the best match in the Champions League this season. It should have even gone to the final, but unfortunately both teams had to fight for each other in the semifinals.

The second leg is sure to be even more exciting and tense. Moreover, Munich is currently losing on aggregate to PSG, so playing in front of their home crowd will be their best effort. Nobody expected that Bayern Munich will turn things around the way they did, because with the way Paris Saint-Germain started and the way there we are playing everyone was shocked because of the opponent they are facing, so many people thought that Bayern Munich will back down but the courage they have is what make me admired them the most, they turn things around cancelling zero upto four goals.

Paris Saint-Germain really have challenge to face because they are going an away match against bayern Munich. I think currently Paris Saint-Germain is free from home challenge because it is guarantee now that they will win their trophy at home, so preparing for the Champions League will be a very nice one for them.

With the performances both teams showed in the first leg of the Champions League, it will be even more interesting if both teams meet in the final, because there will be no first and second legs in that stage of the competition. So, it will appear even stronger and more intense than before, especially for Bayern Munich.Honestly, almost everyone predicted that Bayern Munich might win the match or at least draw it. Many people did not think that PSG was capable of beating them. However, I knew the match was not going to be easy, and both teams would likely want to win their matches and that is what has happened.

PSG has won their home match, and Bayern Munich will host the second leg match. So, it is very possible that Bayern Munich could also win their home match. For now, I cannot confidently say which team is the favorite to reach the final, because I know the second leg will not be an easy match. Even Lorient understood that they are privileged to have such scoreline against PSG, the Ligue 1 title for PSG does not seem like  a problem so the worse they can do with it is to get a draw,  but as it regards winning it, they know they can always win it.

The ability of PSG been able to utilise the advantage they already have is another thing that come to mind when I consider that they will be playing against Bayern Munich, a goal advantage is enough to settle  the game, but how well can they defend  the goal and get another if possible is what we are going to find out on the day of the game.

Lens dropped points again in the title race, and given that PSG also drew this week, we can say that this loss has effectively knocked them out of contention and secured the title for PSG. With three weeks remaining, the point gap is six, and in my opinion, PSG is now the champion. I actually don't think that Lens as a think can really compete for long with PSG, the teams strength doesn't match so we will continue to see them drop points even when they're supposed to be taking advantage to close points with PSG.

When I checked the lineup in this match and I saw the players that started the game I knew that there was going to be a problem because the coach rested most of the starting players ahead of the game against Bayern Munich. It's not a bad idea but sometimes you just have to try and balance this up so you don't end up losing both matches. Bayern Munich also did the same and they also had the same result, they draw their game too. The champions league game needs to be played with a well rested players so it's good too.

Lille took 22 shots during the match, 10 of which were on target, but they just couldn’t find the winning goal. For Lille, dropping points in a match where they dominated at home is unacceptable. They suffered a significant loss of points in their quest for a top-three finish. Le Havre, of course, is fighting to stay in the league, but Lille drew a match they absolutely had to win at home.

I can't wait to see the return, Bayern Munich is one of the great teams that in my opinion can easily win the tournament, if they overcome this obstacle they will have the chance to play the final with a much less strong team than PSG who are practically and could have been one of the finalists and a stronger team of the tournament.

There is so much importance attached  to the champions league fixtures because  these teams already know their ways around  their domestic leagues, Bayern Munich has actually won their own league already and that is very clear and obvious that the champions league is all they have got to pursue next, meanwhile PSG is at the top of their own league and are having the certainty that they will win the title so they make more preparations for the one that looks like they do not have the certainty about just yet.

Yes, had the been Lens didn't not draw against Nice they would have reduced the point between them and PSG but their 1-1 draw against Nice has handed PSG the French Ligue 1 title as ease. I am so disappointed with Lens result against Nice, I expected them to win Nice because I knew PSG Champions League match against Bayern Munich will make Luis Enrique to rotate his players against Lorient which could cause PSG to drop points.
