Congratulations to Nice, they're back in Ligue 1 after beating Saint Etienne 4-1, I wasn't expecting much from them after a dip in form in Ligue 1 that saw them finish in 16th place at the end of the season, but they didn't waste a chance in the play offs. They impressed in the second leg, hopefully they can right the wrongs of this season and perform better for the new season.

Nice was better than Saint Etienne in the first leg of French Ligue 1 relegation play off match, and I knew Nice was going to beat Saint Etienne in the second leg but I wasn't expecting the match to end in 4-1, congratulations to Nice for beating Saint Etienne 4-1 and avoiding relegation this season.

Today PSG made history, they are now the first French team to win the Champions League twice in a row, this is one result I believe some persons did not expect PSG to achieve at this time and all thanks to Enrique, he has been exceptional and this happens to be his third champion league he has won. I can only imagine  the joy the team will have now and they will be celebrating.  They deserved it actually.  A big Congratulations to them.

With the current state of Ligue 1 football, there isn’t any other team in the Ligue one that could have done it. PSG has being about the Champions league for a while now and have found a way to do it in style for 2 seasons. Hope they could rest now or perhaps, they would be out to do it in the same way like Real Madrid, winning it 3 times in a row since, they still remain one of the favorites that can do it in all of Europe.
Too bad Mbappe left PSG for this particular trophy and right now, it’s all coming home to Paris and he isn’t there to celebrate it with them.

PSG really achieved a victory that no one has ever done in Ligue 1, but that doesn’t mean other teams in Ligue 1 can’t do it in the future. Marseille were the first to win the Champions League trophy, and now PSG won it last season and also this season, so it is a great achievement for them. As for Mbappe, it is obvious that he wants the Champions League trophy, and now, since he went to Real Madrid, he has not been able to win any trophy yet.

Paris Saint-Germain is not a small Club in the French League that is why there win trophy outside their league, I challenge any team in French league that can stop Paris Saint-Germain, i doubt there is no any team that can do that in that league. Paris Saint-Germain are very rich and that is why they are able to compete outside their territory, it is an honor to see them winning this champions league twice in two consecutive terms, therefore his performance was excellent but Arsenal is really an obstacle for them if no for that penalty I don't think they can be able to go anywhere but unfortunately they were so lucky to win.

He has achieved far worse results than he promised at many teams. It's always necessary to keep expectations low. Real Madrid needs to keep expectations low too. I think he will need some time to get to know the team, and I expect him to make some tough decisions during this phase.

Well, I think Mourinho will be good for Real Madrid. Real Madrid has a very fractured dressing room; the players are the ones in charge. They need someone with character, and that's Mourinho. There's no one else.

Real Madrid is a team that if they get a strong and good coach, they can improve their performance a lot and Mourinho can do that, although he has not proven himself against other teams, he can still make a difference in Real Madrid. Real Madrid should use their good performance because they are already good enough, they have to prepare for the title fight, which no coach can do, and so this time Mourinho can be given a chance. Otherwise, Real Madrid is already in the top 3, we will see the same position this time too. That's why I also want him to test Real Madrid and eliminate their shortcomings and add his experience, it will make a difference.

No that's not true, Mbappé is not the problem of Real Madrid don't forget that his individual record in the club last season is the best among his teammates, he helped the team scored goals but it's unfortunate that he joined when things began to crumble, same Mbappé is the highest goal scorer in the Champions League, even when Real Madrid didn't reach Semifinals he scored 15 goals., go check the number of goals he scored last season and be shocked.
 Winning trophies is the collective efforts of a team so you can't blame a team's failure on one person. Maybe if Madrid had hired a coach as good as Luis Enrique or Pep Guardiola just like they recently hired Mourinho, the team would've done better with Mbappé involved, Mourinho is a great coach but he won't dare sell his best player just to prove a point to people who dislike him.

I quite agree with you, PSG have built a great capacity over years, they have spent so much money in bringing in the best players and coaches and now their investments are beginning to pay off, they might as well get to the their third consecutive finals because right now they happen to be the best in Europe but I don't it would be easy for them this time around because the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and would be gearing up to stop them, even the likes  of Bayern Munich would try to stop their dominance next season.

Mbappe ruins the atmosphere in the dressing room and does not have a good relationship with his teammates. And we've known this for years. PSG produced one of the strongest squads in the world a few years ago. The attack consisted of Mbappe, Neymar and Messi. Three of the best forwards of all time. But Mbappe's relationship with Neymar and Messi was not good. As a result, even after building a very strong squad, PSG could not win the Champions League.

Luis Enrique understood Mbappe's problem well. He kept Mbappe on the bench for several matches in the first season and experimented with the squad . And Mbappe moved to Madrid the following season. PSG won every possible title last season after Mbappe left psg. This season also won Ligue 1 and Champions League titles. Undisputed champion PSG, but my opinion still remains that in this final they suffered against Arsenal, for a moment they were even down by 1 goal.
It's not a given that it will be difficult for Real Madrid, it depends on whether they intend to play as they should or continue with this year's strategy and dispersion of power.
They have the potential to win all of next year, they are like unexploded dynamite.

He has not been the sole problem of the team but his actions and relationships with players mostly in the dressing room has affected the team jn a way and that too may have contributed to one of the issues  the team has got  and that is why they will say he has a share in the problem but not the absolute problem of team, he is a good player  and a brilliant one but does need to work on his character and attitude especially in the dressing room with others.

PSG has already emerged as not just the best team in France but also in the whole of Europe, from when the club was taken over by the Qatari investors, there's been some tremendous improvement in the club though it took quite some time before everything began to take good shape and now they have made history and are likely to do same next season pending on if they would remain dominant next season.

Lille finished third in Ligue 1 but Lille's management still wants to replace coach Bruno Genesio with a new coach and that new coach is Davide Ancelotti with a two-year contract. I suspect Lille management may have a big, long term project in mind by bringing in Davide. Davide Ancelotti has spent nearly a decade building his experience at the highest level as an assistant coach, from Bayern Munich, Napoli, Everton, Real Madrid and even the Brazilian national team having always been part of Carlo Ancelotti's staff.

With such extensive experience perhaps he's eager to start a new chapter as Lille head coach and Lille is also willing to take Davide on. It will be interesting to see Lille's progress next season. Davide reputation is indeed big because of Ancelotti, but I hope now is the time for him to prove he's not just "Carlo Ancelotti's son" but a truly great coach with the potential to become a great coach in the future. So Ligue 1 plus UCL will be his proving ground for next season.
