If I'm being honest, I don't see Monaco as a team that will go far. Wait till the season goes to the middle and you'd see them flopping and losing games. I had so much expectations for these clubs; Monaco, Marseille, Lyon, Lille and even Nice to cause a challenge to PSG but imagine it was Lens no one expected that became a pain in their side last season.

Fortunately they won but narrowly, I don't really know the plan of Paris Saint-Germain maybe they have another agenda by performing like this, their performance in the home League is not promising at all, despite I still have hope for them due to the kind of squad there have in winning the trophy, but  I am beginning to doubt their performance most especially in their home League matches, Paris Saint-Germain seems not to be performing very well, but I'm beginning to think that they have a plan of winning the Champions League for the three consecutive time in their history. This pattern of squad rotation is beginning to hurt the flow chemistry of the team. Luis Enrique's tactical rotation is just not giving that vibe of improvement. I get that he wants to fairly give some players enough playing time, but sometimes it is better to keep things the way they are just for the success of the team. I see the game as a battle between two unserious teams and yes, one team had to win which is any team that's less unserious, lol. Marseille is a bunch of fat ass players that are receiving their weekly payments for their laziness. Losing to PSG made it exactly one month since they won their last game so I'm not surprised that PSG used that opportunity to get a three points. PSG has a come back tactics except it fails them this season but so far, it's not very late to win the league.

Marseille doesn't appear to be ready for any competition at all this season, not even the Europa. So more losses could still be on the way for Marseille unlike PSG that fans are still very hopeful that there could be a comeback.

It is true that it was not easy for the reigning UEFA Champions League champions to pick up their second win of the season as the team managed to win after a long fight but Marseille goalkeeper in this match surprised us all because his performance looked like he was standing as a wall in front of PSG.

The bottom line is that the Netherlands goalkeeper made eight saves against PSG in a match that left the reigning Ligue One champions struggling to score. With the 5 matches being played in French soccer league, I'm seeing Monaco topping the league with 13 points, follow by Lyon club that is occuping the second position with 11 points, although Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain has the same point but Lyon is topping Paris Saint-Germain with goals different, then assuming the league could just end with the way they are in the league table now, it really sweet me because league will not be interesting to watch, if a particular team should be dominating the league and at the same time lifting the trophy, at least the league will be more interesting, if more teams comes up to challenge Paris Saint-Germain.

I share your view, as the season just started; barely 5 games is too small for anyone to start judging how a team would rank in the middle of the season, let alone towards the end of the season. Monaco is doing fine now, but for how long? Yet, we should not write them off totally as they are not a small team as well. Though I expect PSG to take its rightful place again very soon, which is at the top spot, while Monaco and the clubs you mentioned litters the rest of the top 6 positions as usual.
