Yes. I sent all tickets I could and all emails to info@ and security@ even for this user I sent private messages. I never got any answer from him.

Regarding to 1xbit support only info department answers me and the answer is that security already answered me and they can't do anything because it is a different department. The only email I got from security is stating that my account was being closed. They didn't mention anything about my funds. It is simple scam.

Exactly. Majority of the complaints are from newbies/brand new accounts who just joined the forum in order to post about their grievances thinking that they can somehow magically find some sort of solution to their problem.

Laziness is the primary reason why such gamblers keep getting scammed and help sites like 1xbit laugh their way to the banks.

I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

We have been warning users about 1xbit, but it's sad that some of you have been ignoring the warnings. Just because they haven't scammed you in the past does not mean that they won't scam you in future, especially if you win something big in their casino.

You have nothing to regret because just losing 250USDT can give you experience and proof of the quality of a casino site whether it is trustworthy or not.
Out there there are many users who lost more money than you.

How do you believe that 1xbit will response to you and resolve your case ? If you have read the comments on this thread, you will know that all the cases at 1xbit remain unresolved and they hardly will let you withdraw your money from 1xbit.

You don't have credibility to say that since we understand that you want to hype this casino. Only who have history on participating on their sig campaign are vouching them so this claims doesn't change anything.
