please someone answer !!!! Sent livechat message, email security, here message on bitcoin manager but no one responding me ...

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

Provide a solid proof that shows you are doing just fine during the betting time ( no single violation against 1xbit T&C here https://1xbit.com/information/rules such us continuously claiming the bonuses with the different accounts etc ) a screenshot of your betting history might help as well as the email conversation capture.

Asking to give your money back without providing a solid rock evidence like this won't give you anything but an ignore list. Comeback with all the evidence you have and you might get some help over here.

This is a possibility. However, most people who visit Bitcointalk are usually members of the site which is why the chances of lurkers signing up for 1xbit through this forum are pretty low if you think about it.

I assume people can't see users trust points while they are not logged in, then my theory is that most of the victims are forum outsiders that end up lurking the gambling section and look to all our paid signatures, leading some to join and depositing in this casino.

Ofc, man. Noone (even paid by 1xbit signature whores) will not use their service for the direct purpose. So all victims are mostly users outside crypto community, or at least, this forum.

One of the main contributors on why people specially noobs end up on registering and make out deposits is on that signature and other advertisements where this company been making.
We know that not all would really be knowing about this forum and seeing their bad reputation which does simply make those people skip out on seeing those bad reviews which they had
already made out such action on making deposits until they had been scammed or experiencing issues and problems which is really indeed sad.This is why its always recommendable
for people to make out some in depth research first before making further step because losing money is never been a good thing.

I wonder if you're really saying this from the heart, because if you really care that justice is done or if you're just posting to laugh at this guy's suffering, look at this thread and then go to other casinos threads that are on this forum and see the big difference, you are smart enough to realize that something is not right with this casino you are participating in the signature campaign. how is it possible that everyone only complains about this casino and in this same forum we are not seeing many complaints in other casinos threads? Have you been playing in 1xbit mate? if yes then please send us some proofs that you are using the platform and they are literally not bad on you? or you are just saying this because you are being paid by them? I think they are not basing on the quality of the posts, rather they want their signature and avatar be displayed more often. So they won't care if  their members are just "spamming". Also, it is cheaper. (That's probably what they are thinking).

I am not up-to-date if there are new scam accusations posted here regarding 1xbit, but I believe there were users here that became their victim who are still active until today. Just guessing.

They not into quality because reputable forum users will not join on their campaign due to their issues, many people who doesn't have red trust avoid this casino because they don't want their account get ruined by short term payments only. This is the reason why mostly the users join on their camp have red trust already since those people doesn't care anymore if they can get red trust because there account is we can say a throw away or they have nothing to lose for trying their luck to promote this casino.

All scammed victims are definitely not from outside the forum. Majority of them are, but minority are forum members who most probably aren't coming forward in order to avoid humiliation which makes sense.

Agreed. Which Bitcointalk member would want to inform other members that they got scammed by 1xbit? Very few is the answer.

The best thing to do would be to stay away from all shady websites where accusations of selective scamming have been made en-masse.
