Well what i can say is You should Move on and forget about it , It's Obvious that you are part of one Victims of their large scale of scamming from Their Players , from one site to another that they are creating just to Gain victims more and more , You can clearly understand that by checking the Trust History and the Flag created against them.
This Gambling site has no credibility at all that they will need to protect so every lies and BS they will provide reflects in nothing .
You will get over soon and may Win that amount in other sites that you will be playing instead of spending your time claiming and stress yourself for an obvious scamming .

Recently I thought that they are cleaning their messed reputation here, but I'm wrong, looks like all of the issues has not been resolved, and mostly they are ignoring the complaints filed to them from different users.
You guys should avoid this kind of casino, I always say, just play on trusted websites least risk.

They just say that word just to make them look taking action on the problems here but the more they fake it the more people come here post their problems about how they get scammed by 1xbit so I think if possible mods should take an action to lock this thread since if these one will not be locked I'm sure there are still victims who will come and post about how they get compromised by them again.

I know scams are not moderated but in this situation it should be consider to avoid any continuous financial damage to the community.

Why don’t you make it public what TOS the user has violated?
As the user is accusing you guys in public, then you should also do the counter part in front of the public.
And why you guys allow the user’s to deposit if already he/she has violated any TOS of your site?
You will accept the Deposit if he/she deposits but will disable the withdrawal for the same?
Better make everything transparent and make it ease for everyone.
Don’t take people’s hard earned money.

That is the easiest way for them to scam people. they don't explain because there is no explanation. If they generally hold that the terms have been violated then they keep all options open.
I am amazed that they keep lighting up over and over again. You'd think the loot for that company would be in one day, but they just keep going.

I don't know if it's allowed for the site to share sensitive information, I believe there is a privacy between the client and the gambling site, so I think it's the complainant who should share it here so we will know his violation or the reply he got from 1XBIT.COM.
