look at the negative feedback they received which is a great indicator that your problem will always happen because they are not trustworthy. unfortunately i doubt that you will get your money back, in the next few times try to do more research do not use sites that have a bad

on oct 16th for some reason 1Xbit decided to lower the odds in my account so I decided to stop betting there then on nov 27th I diced to check the account and was happy to find out the odds were back to normal I then decided to make 2 deposits into the account 21.7752 mBTC and 14.42249 mBTC I then placed a few bets and suddenly surprise surprise 24 hours later I try logging in to my account but I keep getting a message that my username or password are incorrect, I have money in the account and i would like to make it clear that I didn't withdraw any funds after the last 2 deposits. I then send a message to the support with my issue and I get a replay that they have transferred my request to the "specialists" a couple of hour go by and then I get an email saying "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

this is obviously complete rubbish as you all know and have experienced.

from that moment I received no reply from them I tried to explain that I have deposited more than they let my withdraw and demanded that money but was ignored for months

I hope that I may get as lucky as some of you guys and will get some of my money back.

but please let this be a warning for you all stay away from these guys if they treat a customer that deposited 1000 mBTC in less than 3 weeks then something is siruisly fishy about 1Xbit STAY AWAY!!!

I am shocked to know that they have a bad reputation and even with that bad reputation there are still many people who are using their website. I ask you:

do you love your money so why don't you do research before using any website?

they will not solve your problem, from what I understand they are not trying to change the bad reputation that it has and that means that people should stay away from this site

As suggested by others just go and create a scam accusation thread and lets see it is going to make any difference or not. I saw that 1xbit wants to resolve all the scam accusations and regain their reputation on bitcointalk but their activities are going on the other way.

Even after seeing the reputation of this gambling platform, I do not know why you deposit your money on this platform. They have already blocked the accounts of many gamblers and have not returned their money. So if they treat you the same way, you are less likely to get your funds back. The excuse they always give to other users is with you. Their main excuse is T&C, which they use to block a lot of accounts.

We will be able to tag them in their Bitcointalk account, which already has a lot of tags in their account. If they want to ruin their reputation then such activities will continue as before.
