So cases that are about newbies posting here alleging wrong doing and you allegedly returning their funds is supposed to make the rest of us believe you?

This is exactly what the unresolved accounts do: complaints from a newbie account without any proof as a ~95% of complaints here.

Their definition of "solving" issues is that they void all the winning bets and give the deposits back to the customer.

We believe in definition of "solving" can't be included payments to players who try to win unfairly, doesn't matter what the ToS are.
The answers to your complaint were already provided, and your deposits returned accordingly to the ToS, there are no more obligation left on the company.

I'm still waiting my funds and answers. My transaction history is being denied to me. I can't login any of my accounts, no refunds so far. No withdraws.

We try to not share transaction history in public, the case with Blogab was likely an exception. We respect and provide full anonymity on our website and require no personal information.
In return, we follow our privacy policy.

As far as we see, the funds on your account were spent by you, and the bets were lost.

There are quite a lot of players, which can be seen by multiple leaderboards on the site, for example.
If a player don't try to win using unsportsmanlike ways, he is likely to avoid all the issues and get his winnings at the time. Our defense system might temporarily freeze an account that wins suspiciously often (for example), but that's not a reason to ban it - just to check if there is everything alright about it. There are cases with account fully restored, even on this forum.

I do hope that they get caught but considering that this is the Internet, it will be a hard task to do since it takes a lot of effort and manpower to tackle cybercrimes like scams plus it's not worth that much for law enforcement agency to just go towards one site because there isn't enough victims.

Same thoughts, Launching a signature campaign won't do good to their reputation, Their payment for the campaign was quite high compared to others but there is a high chance that all of the slots wouldn't be filled knowing that there is a risk of getting a red tag just by joining. Also, I am thinking about why did they launch an "honest" review campaign where I know the result will be against them.

Fixing the unresolved issues would somehow regain the trust of forum members and for them to show that they have changed over the years.

What on earth are you guys thinking? There are tons of negative reviews already available against your website which were published in recent years which is why this review campaign is utterly pointless in my opinion.

I am not going to post any sort of review in your thread just for the sake of some incentive since I have made my opinion pretty clear through my earlier posts in this thread.

The only way that you can ever hope to restore your reputation is by resolving all scam accusations and negative trust ratings which will obviously not happen.

This is what on my mind too on how they do consider out on launching up a campaign (Review + Signature campaign) as if they havent any issues at all on this forum alone.

If we do tend to count on how many complaints from this thread alone excluding those outside complaints on this forum then there are lots and majority of them are pending or still unresolved

and now they are launching programs as if there's nothing happened? No one will really bite off on that one knowing on how bad the reputation this site is.

1xbit is only doing this to show their "empathy" that they pay people, trying to gain trust. But it is just pure misleading.
If people write negative reviews, it does not matter at all. Then 1xbit can say: "You see guys, we are open for feedback and suggestions and we have paid everybody for their review".
While the real scam is still ongoing and they will keep on stealing funds.
I understand if people want to write reviews for the money, but this construction is well thought by 1xbit, trying to gain fake trust indirectly.

There’s actually a two campaign released by 1xbit, first you can get money by giving honest review about their services and the next one is about signature campaign promoting their services. If you know much about 1xbit and how they scam people, this might be your chance to make a review and shares your story, hopefully they didn’t scam you with regards to the rewards.

The campaign requested for a honest review of their gambling platform and it doesn't really matter if these reviews are negative or positive as long as they are honest. 1xbit has had a long standing of issues on the forum for as long as I can remember and I believe that would influenced reviews. But I expect them to already expect such unbiased reviews. The main problem aren't the reviews but if 1xbit team would consider those reviews and work to improve their service and try their best to resolve most of the unresolved issues otherwise, it's just BS.
