It seems you misunderstood, this screenshot is not about the match but about each team's chances of winning the title, the bookie places Arsenal in 3rd position as a champion candidate meaning that even though Arsenal are currently at the top of the standings, they are not the main favorites to win the title, I don't know what the reason is but maybe because Arsenal is not consistent at the end of the season like previous seasons.

Actually, the news of Klopp leaving Liverpool doesn't have significant impact on Liverpool chance of winning the EPL title. I know it may increase the motivation of the players to play as well as possible, but it actually what they are always trying to win the competition, right? I think it is a normal thing, they will try harder even if there is no news of Klopp departure at the end of the season.

The main thing to keep the good chance of winning the title is to maintain the performance. And the club also need to keep the good fitness of the players.
