Arsenal improvement started since last two seasons where they were unable to make it to the Champions League but end up in the Europa League due to slight injuries of their key players at the end of the season. This means that, squad depth affected them.

Yeah we are still waiting for Arsenal in several important matches so far Arsenal is the most consistent team in the Premier League with 8 consecutive wins, the question is whether Arsenal can do it until the end of the season? as you said maybe Arsenal want to prove that they are currently with a different squad and don't want to miss any opportunity like last season. They both players and management must have learnt from the failures they had last season and they have also brought in players to fill up some of these loopholes seen from last season.
One thing that affected them was depth, they lacked it and they suffered when they shouldn't have. Also players like Thomas Partey and Dak got Injured when they needed them the most. But it feels good to see that they have a back up for Thomas Partey just if he gets Injured.

Declan Rice has been solid rock for Arsenal and has seen a consistent run of games. Having good knowledge of the Premier League Competition, he adapted to Arsenal speedily and quick.  I was wondering why his name was omitted from your list of youngins, because he had been the engine room for them.
