It could be that the decider of the league won't be between these 3 teams, what I mean is that they can't beat each other to decide who will win the league title (Liverpool can't win Manchester City and Arsenal can't defeat City). Liverpool played a draw against Man City and Arsenal can as well repeat the same thing and the 3 teams will have to look for elsewhere to get there 3 point.
Arsenal can be at the top till the end of the season only if they repeat what they did last season by slipping off the top, I don't see any threat coming the Gunners way this time around, Manchester City people are tipping to be the favorite to win the league doesn't have enough goals this season compare to last campaign which means this guys are struggling to meet up, as for Liverpool they will definitely drop point that might see them finishing 3rd if care is not taken.

Liverpool has a big chance to emerge as champions when Manchester City draws with Arsenal. Determining the title is still quite difficult to predict because the difference in points between the three clubs is still quite close. Liverpool can take advantage when Manchester City draws with Arsenal, but the chances of the match ending in a draw are still quite difficult, because the match will take place at Manchester City's home ground. Arsenal can top the standings if they beat Manchester City and vice versa, Manchester City can be in second place if they beat Arsenal.

In this scenario, Liverpool really benefits because they can take first place in the standings if the match ends in a draw. I am more confident that Liverpool and Manchester City will come out as champion candidates because both of them have a much bigger chance than Arsenal.

It is clear that Chelsea and Newcastle are not easy teams, but I would not say that they are very different now from the other teams next to them in the standings. Wolves, Brighton, West Ham are no worse in my opinion. Chelsea have 10 defeats, Newcastle have 12 overall. If you do this, the lists will become completely identical, as will, in my opinion, the chances of these two teams for 4th place.

Luton are so poor in their performance to the extent they can not even withstand pressure in there own home, I don't see they can improve in this short period to make it difficult for Tottenham to win, no hope for Luton in Tottenham home because they have improved a little bit and I see more energy in them when they resume from the international break, yes Tottenham started well at the beginning of the season but they were faced by a lot of injuries which make them loses form. Aston Villa really impressed me because gradually they are about to fulfill the plan of playing champion league next Season but still it has not comfortably achieve because of their recent performance, they need to improve themselves to finish in top four.

They may be very good players, but I don't know how logical it would be to pay money for players of this age. Modric still has the potential to play among the best in the world, but I do not think it is necessary to make such transfers.

Chelsea always like to sign popular players, no matter what the price, position or the age. Someone ever link Ronaldo to Chelsea, probably we would hear Tierry Henry will join Chelsea.

I would rather than call them as overrated player instead of popular players. This is the real habit owned by chelsea even since abramovich's era. The club was always willing to get instant success. I think that i rarely saw this club recruit an old talent like ronaldo. Chelsea never recruit old talent even since abramovich's era.

The thing is Chelsea have too many players, they've sign few young players, but due to having many players, those young players have no way to compete with the main line up and second line up.

The total players owned by chelsea has been reducing a lot since many players were leaving and their have joined in their new clubs since last summer transfer season. Mostly players who being included in the line up were new players. I can only some veteran who consistently playing as starting line up like gallagher or thiago silva.
Almost all of players were new players who being included in the regular starting line up of chelsea. So, do you see palmer, caicedo or even petrovic as veteran in chelsea?

Week 30 of the Premier League will start on March 30 and 31 after the international break ends, there are several matches that are indeed interesting options for us to watch and one of them is the match between Tottenham and Luton, as you said of course Tottenham is a team that on paper is superior to Luton, currently Tottenham's performance in my opinion is still very inconsistent in the league especially in the last match,  Tottenham must get embarrassed from the mid-table team after being defeated 3 goals without reply by Fulham, the failure to win 3 points certainly does to motivate Tottenham players to win at home later to at least be able to continue to stick tight Aston Villa in rank 4, but even so I think Tottenham should be wary of the surprises that Luton might give in the match later,  Especially now that Luton's motivation is very high after they got out of the relegation zone after benefiting from Nottingham Forest's penalty.

For the Aston Villa match later, I think it will be no different from the Tottenham match later that maybe Aston Villa will be able to win the game even though it is difficult, Aston Villa's current performance has indeed dropped dramatically after a pretty crazy start to the season for them, but I think they are still better than Wolves in the game later, especially the match will be very crucial for Aston Villa to maintain their position in the top 4.
