Manchester City are currently at the top of the points table in the Premier League. Moreover, Arsenal are number two. Both these teams qualified for the Champions League but unfortunately they could not enter the semi-finals and were eliminated. Arsenal and Manchester City played well enough for Champions League opposition but unfortunately they failed to make it to the semi-finals and lost. However, these two teams will now focus mostly on the Premier League as they have been knocked out of the Champions League title so their focus is now on the EPL trophy. Although there are currently three teams competing in the Premier League, Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool are all strong enough to fight for the trophy.
But I think maybe Manchester City will focus more on winning the Premier League as they won the previous league so they have a chance to win this season as well. However, Arsenal finished second last season so they will be more excited to win the title this season. And this season's Premier League games will be more interesting and competitive as the three teams are currently playing much more aggressively.

How sure are you Liverpool will lose to Atlanta, probably because they lost the last fixture, I think this will be one of the matches we are going to see Liverpool on their full potential, the only issue there is to cover up the 3 goals margin from Atalanta to Liverpool.

Seeing Mancity up the table becomes a bigger threat to Liverpool and Arsenal, also for them losing in the Champions league now nothing of a much divided attention and aswell would not fail to win this Premier league. My first intentions was for Liverpool winning the Premier league and Mancity winning the Champions league but seems both are shattered, if only Liverpool will try their best tonight, they might qualify further and win the EUFA Europa league, atleast something to go home with.

I'm looking forward to what teams like Tottenham and Nothingham forest will do to Manchester City, this teams especially Nottingham has a way they fustrate city in most of their matches, if they can keep them slower, I think Arsenal and Liverpool might still stand a chance. I will prefer Liverpool to win the Premier League than Manchester City in case Arsenal failed to deliver.
