Arsenal did have a difficult match but they got what they wanted and had to finish, three points. After this win, Arsenal reclaimed the top spot in the Premier League table. They owe some thanks to their opponents; Wolves seemed to lack a solid game plan and didn't mount much of a serious attack. Arsenal still need to win their remaining games to keep the pressure on the other contenders. They can't afford to give up at this stage, as things are tough to manage. Manchester City will try to complete this season with two more trophies, Premier League and FA Cup. They definitely disappointed with defeat in Champions League and they can not deny it but they shown that they are strong mentally to bounce back shortly after that. This winning yesterday in Premier League means a lot for them, first to get out of their negative sentiment as side effects from Champions League, and more important securing their chance to chase Manchester City in Premier League.

I recall Villa drawing their previous match against Bournemouth and emery must have learned a lot from the last match against bourne. Villa must be cautious because Tottenham has a three-point gap over Emery's club. The competition for UCL spot is becoming even tougher.

Arsenal needed to get back to winning ways if they are to get anything this season. It's not easy for the boys to put themselves together. I know the psychological effect of the troblelant week they are just coming from is not an easy thing. When you are fighting for something and you are in the driving seat and suddenly you lost focus and within a twinkle of an eye everything seem to be collapsing on you. Picking up yourself is the only option left and keep fighting. Arsenal didn't expect they were going to lose against Aston Villa in the Emirates stadium. Yes, even though they failed in the UCL, the FA Cup still can't replace it, but Chelsea can be an outlet for their defeat yesterday against Madrid, finally Manchester City can be really serious about facing Chelsea because usually they keep playing draws and the results are always annoying, winning narrowly for them. I don't have a problem as long as Manchester City can beat Chelsea, I'm sure that this victory will certainly be a new spirit for Manchester City, they should be able to get a treble winner this season. but unfortunately they failed in the UCL.

You are greatly exaggerating about City's depression, they beat Chelsea in the Cup match and reached the final, and the fact that Arsenal was able to top the standings was only possible because City would play their match later, and could well regain their leadership.

The outcome of that game is simply exchanging Everton's position with the forest since everton being placed below forest and it's now moving up one place. Forest has moved even closer to the relegation zone. Even though Everton isn't winning the game, they're making it even better by finishing with two nil against Forest. I recall that no one was picking Everton to win that game.
That's an excellent result for Everton. The club is gradually leaving the relegation zone. As long as Everton continues to perform like this, I am confident it will remain in the EPL next season. Everton may be able to make the gap even bigger in the upcoming games.
