Arsenal comes back to top of the table after securing a win over Brentford with 1-0 scoreline. Not a convincing one but at the end the 3 points is what counts eventually. What made it perfect is that draw between Liverpool and City which made both clubs drop the points and gave Arsenal chance to lead the table. Still there are lot of rounds to be played and I hope that Arsenal maintains the consistency from here on and not make further mistakes in easy matches further.

Yes now Arsenal have managed to be at the top of the table from their victory against Brenford, I think this is a match that is not difficult enough for Arteta's squad, they are above Brenford and they managed to maximize this match with results that match expectations by managing to secure the full three points at the end of the match. On the other hand yes it is true that makes everything more perfect and favorable for Arsenal is that as you said Manchester City failed to secure full points in their last match against Liverpool, and I think this is fortunate for Arsenal because they are superior in terms of points from the results of their last match.

But even so as we see that the difference in points in the top five standings is very thin, Arsenal only have a difference or one point ahead of Manchester City and I say this is still not a safe zone even though they are in the top position. Well, there must have been a lot of people here discussing Manchester United's performance last night against Everton and yes, it was all because of the quick opening goal scored by Garnacho with his bicycle kick. Who would have thought that Garnacho, who was about to go forward, noticed Diogo Dalot's pass, causing him to pull back a little so he scored this spectacular goal. The overhead kick goal is similar to Wayne Rooney's goal against Manchester City several years ago and is also similar to his idol Cristiano Ronaldo's goal against Juventus.

Garnacho is still 19 years old and this will increase his confidence in the future. Apart from that, additional goals were scored by Rashford and Martial which made the Red Devils win 0-3 at home to Everton. This result makes Manchester United return to 6th position in the standings and even though they lost several players due to injury, Erik ten Hag can still entrust the work in the middle of this season to the available squad.

I want to give my shout outs to Andrea Onana, Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire who all contributed to the solid defensive performance last night. They all helped Onana moved his clean sheet to five last night. And whoever handled the game did well tactically.
Manchester United should just try to keep good ball possession against Galatasaray, they did give a lot of balls away, Only Kobbie Mainoo gave lesser balls away.

Garnacho should work harder that's what Ronaldo did during his time for the club. That goal was more like Rooney to Ronaldo but we're not here for that discussion.

To be honest, I didn't watch this match in full time and could only enjoy the moment of the beautiful goal scored by Garnacho. But indeed I saw several comments that said the performance of the players you mentioned was very good in that match. Moreover, Andre Onana managed to make several saves in this match and of course this will also increase his confidence in the next match. I feel that although this is not a victory to be excited about, with the circumstances Manchester United have experienced so far they deserve it.



Garnacho was certainly very inspired by what Ronaldo did and this was expressed by his captain Bruno Fernandes after the match. Ronado has been his role model while at Manchester United and I hope Erik Ten Hag can give Garnacho more time to fill in as a left winger.

A.Martial m.Rashford's performance was very good and scored a goal but the best goal scorer with a cool style was of course A.Garnacho's appearance who was able to take advantage of Diogo Dalot's opportunity and somer soult the ball and finally the goal was scored. I didn't not expect it after 3 minutes. As the game progressed he scored goals in great style I think Manchester United now has a good player like Garnacho. I think Erik Ten Hag will definitely pay attention to Garnacho after seeing the skills that Garnacho has shown. But I am amazed by the Everton players because when conceded the first ball, the Everton players were not mentally affected and I saw that he wanted to avenge his goal but it was a shame for the hard work he had done. Everton failed. but after Manchester united scored their second goal I saw Everton's performance decrease and it was proven that in the end Everton had to admit that Manchester United was superior. and what I am waiting for is that New Castle will play against Manchester United. I think Manchester United has to be careful with New Castle because I think New Castle is a strong team and the standings are not far from Manchester United. So I think New Castle will be confident against Manchester United. After New Castle beat Chelsea 4-1, I think New Castle will definitely continue to improve its performance and want to add points. but I really like Garnacho's style of play I hope to see him again in future matches. in the match against Galatasaray in the Champions League and against Newcastle.

After that it felt like they were never going to score. Because in the second half the game was balanced compared to the first half.

I would have never expected Havertz to save the team honestly.    Because he has been quite inadequate in effort since he came here. It has been a long time since he scored his first goal at Arsenal as well. But he really became the savior here by scoring in the 89th minute.

Asernal is almost repeating what they did in the last season in the premiere league topping the league table at the early beginning of the league but along the line in the last season,  their missed out and we're overthrow by Manchester City who won the title at the end of the day,  much more is in this season because if you put man city and Asernals performance and compare it,  you will already know that man city is more stronger in team formation compared to Arsenal,  and the reason why Asernal is topping the league for now is because Asernal have not meet clubs like Manchester city or other stronger clubs in this season.

But then also,  Asernal may also still have a good chance of winning the title in the season,  if they continue and luck be on their side.

You are completely right, maintaining that top spot is not easy at all, And I personally think that Arsenal are occupying the spot too early, I I would have been celebrating the achievement already but it's just too early, as we can't be very sure that Arsenal will play well enough in other not to lose any points going forward.

But then again, if Manchester city and Liverpool as well keep losing points themselves, then Arsenal have the opportunity of staying in the top possibly till the end of the season.

And it's actually baffling how Tottenham have fallen far behind, they played so well and actually maintained the top spot so long at a point, I began to think that they(Tottenham) may end up taking the title home, but it's quite unfortunate how far they have fallen behind, and  I do not think there is still any hope for them getting back to the top again.

Manchester United managed to get 3 points away from home with 3 goals. United managed to take the lead with Garnacho's great goal in the 3rd minute and managed to close the first half with this goal. In the second half they scored 2 more goals to make it 3-0 in total. Everton had plenty of chances but failed to convert. They had 24 shots, which was a disappointing result for Everton. It was the low point of the match for Everton that they couldn't score even though they had so many chances to score.

An impressive performance was put in by the red devils and they deserved this win. Maybe not many people expect that Manchester United can win easily in this match because we know that Everton sometimes makes things difficult when facing stronger teams. But Manchester United, which was not supported by many of its core players, actually played freely so that many goals were scored.

Garnacho scored the goal with an overhead kick and it should have been the Puskas goal of the year award. Everton failed to at least hold Manchester United to a draw and their defense was so chaotic that Manchester United could score goals from any side. Having lots of opportunities but not producing any goals at all, Everton is certainly very disappointed with their current performance.

For an inconsistent team as Manchester united that's currently struggling with form to win Everton in such a humiliating cleansheet win playing away it then mirrors how worsen Everton team is getting to even after returning from relegation we expected they should be putting up an impressive diehard performance but opposite is the case. Oh I loved that breathtaking goal scored by Garnacho, reminds of Wayne Rooney in those days of old glory Manchester united. Anyway, I won't take this upbeat performance by Manchester united so serious for they are also suffering the from inconsistent plague this season but I just wish they can keep this tempo for a long time

The results of this match had an inverse impact on both teams. This defeat is certainly very disappointing for Everton and most likely this will further worsen their morale. Everton actually had several good opportunities that could have turned into goals and they even seemed to dominate the game in the first half, it's just that Man United has a pretty solid defense and it cannot be denied that Onana played very impressively in this match.


Meanwhile, for Man United this victory is very meaningful, not only does it make their position in the standings better but this victory further boosts their confidence. I don't think this was Man United's best game yet but I've seen they have made good progress.

That is it, Everton failed to make use of the chances they had in first half which would have boost their moral in the second half had it been they scored a goal from those created chances they were sending off the goal post in the first half it would have been a tough one for United to secure the 3points in the way they did.  Manchester united has a lot of good players at the moment, the trouble in the club that's causing the inconsistency in the team performance to hold their position in the top four is due to communication gap between the coach and players. Ten hag is too authoritative and think that's part of the misunderstanding between him and his boys which has made him fall off with some players in the club recently invariably affecting the club's performance.

So what, is it better to come from behind? What's so bad about being at the top? It's not like those at the top will always feel pressure. Teams can look at their own game and try to get 3 points. In the end, 4-5 teams compete, but only one team becomes champion. While their point difference is so small, none of them are under pressure to be at the top, they all have the same pressure. The team that loses points for a week immediately falls behind in the race. None of them want this.
There is a bit of saturation at Manchester City. They have won many championships in a row. I think their main goal is the Champions League cup. If they don't win the Premier League title one season, no one will say anything, as long as they win the CL. I think this is Arsenal's biggest advantage. It's enough for them to stay away from teams other than Manchester City. This time they can take last year's revenge against City at the end of the league.

I don't see any dominance, when you are dominating the league you don't leave no stone untouched and you make sure that you are ahead of every team with high space like maybe 5 points but right now, they are struggling and dominating anything, they are just like unstable Arsenal as they lead the table right now.

Today, the match that is of interest is also the Newcastle and Chelsea match. I think both have almost the same chance of winning. but Newcastle is playing at home, they have to do better. Likewise Pochettino, of course, doesn't want to receive harsh criticism from fans if he fails to provide a good performance in the Chelsea squad.

Newcastle will not allow Chelsea to use them shine the way they did to Tottenham and exactly what they did when the two met yesterday, they destroy Chelsea and gave them some great lesson that made Reece James to have a red card. I think Arsenal played well against Brentford but they seem to miss too many chances for scoring. They are lucky that Kai Havertz could score a single goal in minute 89'. So, Arsenal can secure 3 points against Brentford. It is very important win because they becomes the leader of EPL standings after they got 3 points from the match. Man City and Liverpool get 1 point only because the match end up with a draw result. So, Arsenal gets the advantage to overtake the top position on the table.

Well, Kai Havertz becomes the hero in the match against Brentford. It proves that Arsenal did the right way to sign him in the previous transfer window.

You are right, the competition between the top 4 is getting more exciting from match to match because the points gap between them is not much. Every team that loses will lose its position and this will be exploited by other teams below it. I think Arsenal will not maintain first place in the standings for too long because there is so much pressure coming from other big teams such as Manchester City, Liverpool, Aston Villa and Tottenham. This very low point distance is too risky for them, but of course all teams will try to maintain their path.

Nothing is impossible, even if the scenario you are thinking of is correct, then Aston Villa could lead the standings this season. But I don't expect that to happen because after all Aston Villa is not better than Liverpool, Manchester City or Arsenal. For next week's matches, Newcastle vs Manchester United and Manchester City vs Tottenham are the two most interesting matches, the rest is fine for all the favorite teams.

Havertz is a versatile player and Arteta finds lot of use in Havertz. He is not inadequate in my opinion as he tries a lot but hasn't been in able to find himself in scoresheet and others judge the performance based on that which I feel is bit wrong. He really can be useful like he did in last match. He can be a secret weapon in big games for Arsenal. Same goes for Trossard also and Martinelli too. They all can score goals when other players are finding hard to get an opening.

Despite the odds that Arsenal was given, I still picked them to win against Brentford because I am confident that they will defeated Brentford. Manchester City and Liverpool, who should be leading the league. If the game didn't end in a draw, but they ended up draw and shared the points, then I think Arsenal will do everything in their power to win the match and move up to the top of the league. I wasn't sure Arsenal would win the game again after Leandro Trossard's first goal was canceled for var checking, but Kai Havertz's amazing performance scoring in the 89th minute of play made sure Arsenal won the three points. Havertz performed exactly what he was bought to contribute for the team.

And besides, you said that teams or clubs at the top don't feel any pressure, and still went ahead to say that no club at the top row will want to lose points for one whole week because such club will drop from the top position, this is very contradicting comment.

Clubs at the top will be under heavy pressure to maintain that spot, for a fact that such club will have to try their possible best to win every match thrown at them, in order to keep maintaining their top position is more than enough pressure already.

Think of it like the WWE where the fighter holding the heavyweight champion have to fight really hard to keep holding the belt, as any defeat from another opponent will make him lose the belt automatically.

It’s yoo early to start thinking of who is going to win the league in my opinion because we are just about to get halfway of the league and the points separating Liverpool Manchester City and Arsenal is just a point difference so it’s still tight to start thinking of how they would win instead let’s just hope they keep fighting their way through just has they did last season and hope they can win it this time around. It is still an open battle and i think these three teams I mentioned are the contenders of this season title.

Tottenham is not in the picture anymore, they have fallen far behind and it shows they they lack the appropriate squad depth to challenge for the league. The Injuries and suspensions they suffered affected them significantly and now i think all they can do is fight for the top 4 spot as this season’s battle is between Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal.

That’s what Tottenham and Chelsea lack, consistency is the most important factor in the premier league if a team ever wants to be relevant and challenge for the trophy. I believe if Chelsea should be consistent enough they would also be in this title race but sadly thay lack consistency, for team that struggles against smaller teams but is a pain in the neck for stronger teams i think they deserve to be in the bottom half of the table. All eyes are on Arsenal again if they can take this to the end this time. I hope they don’t bottle the lead this time around.

Alejandro Garnacho could develop more rapidly if he was trained by other coaches such as Arteta, Pep Guadiola, Klopp, Xavi and Ancelotti, but of course he had to leave Manchester United.

I see the potential of this player at the age of 19 years. He should get more opportunities to improve his game, but perhaps Ten Hag will also fail to make it better this season as Garnacho is not his first choice. To be honest, I would like to see him in La Liga with Barcelona or Atletico Madrid, but I think Manchester United will keep him.

Arsenal and Aston Villa are the two performer of the league last week matches while Man Utd position remain unchanged despite their win against Everton though with Tottenham dropping three points, Liverpool and Man City dropping two points respectively mean Man Utd had close their points gap to 2, 4 and 5, of course pushed them for a top 4 contender or even a title contender subject to consistency in winning their subsequent matches, I believe this season title competition would be very competitive looking at how the top teams are performing and with just few points separating them, week in week out there are bound to be different results that would make or mar the position of the leading team, unlike previous seasons where the top team would lead with wide margin points.

Arsenal toping the premier league table is something I find really competitive, their effort is making the league not to look like farmers league, where a particular club dominates the table from January to December.
