I think the league is a marathon and any team that can muster a good run stands a chance. Every team can still pull up surprises. In fact Manchester United, Tottenham and the other top 4 teams are still mathematically in it till they're not in it. The season is still young to conclude that only Manchester city are the only team that can win the EPL title this season.

Am not surprised that Newcastle has dealt with Chelsea today  There were a lot of conversations previously that Newcastle has a lot of injury players and that Chelsea will use that as an advantage to win Newcastle. But then I was against that statement. Newcastle may not perform well in the UCL but in the EPL I believe them to perform incredible regardless of the casualties before them. By January we will see a different game entirely from Newcastle after they have signed new players. I am certain that they will successfully come out top 5 in the EPL so that they can have another chance in the UCL next season.

I was also against that statement. Some people have been claiming that Chelsea will defeat Newcastle because some of their players are injured, but I don't think that will be a big deal for Newcastle because they have new players and Alexander Isak is back to the squad. He scored the game's first goal 13 minutes in. The reason some people are doubting Newcastle to win Chelsea is because they lost to Bournemouth, and they believe Newcastle has become weak, Cole Palmer that Chelsea has been hailing, who can only score penalties. Since Chelsea was able to draw with Manchester City and defeat Tottenham, I've heard that Chelsea is back, which is definitely wrong.

Chelsea's next game is against Everton, if Chelsea is unable to defeat Everton, then Manchester United is already stronger than them, as Man United's 3:0 victory over Everton this season. I keep on wondering where Chelsea will end up with these performances. Chelsea unable to move to the top, keeping on moving around the ten place in the league, poor performance from a big club. Pochettino needs to set more standard for the club to be avoid end up in that position.

Manchester city will take over the position, because their next match will going to be a tough match that will make them to lose points and position. If you watch this season matches very well, you will know the teams that are capable in this season to embrace this season title and Manchester city and Liverpool will be among the team that will win the title.

Before this season's competition starts I think there is a Man United who are ready to compete. But after coming to date I think those 3 clubs are strong candidates. Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool. But if I choose one, then I choose Man City. I feel confident Man City are still very strong, especially if De Bruyne recovers and returns to the team. Plus maybe mid-season they will use the budget again for shopping. But this is with the record of the FFP case against them is not proven. Because there could be worse options for Man City if that FFP breach is proven.

The competition between these three big clubs does not provide an opportunity for Manchester United to take part in the competition but this would actually  be very good for Manchester United because what needs to be done is to strengthen its position  so that it can win UCL tickets next season. Meanwhile in the Premier League, Erik Ten Hag is aware that his strength is still not optimal. Maybe Manchester United should look at their neighboring club in La Liga namely Girona and take advantage of the competitive situation between Barcelona and Madrid by focusing on targeting other clubs.  So Manchester United doesn't need to bother competing with big power clubs  like Manchester City Liverpool or Arsenal where currently Manchester United still can't match their strength.
