This does not seem like a big match because the match is very inclined to the home club where in 45 minutes Newcastle completely dominated the match and Manchster United only focused on defense.

Manchester United knows that Newcastle is a dangerous club, they already know they will find it difficult to win the match. That's why they decide to play a defensive game in the first half of the match, if they can't get a win in the match, then they will want to play a draw, and since they don't trust the goalkeeper that they are having, they are planning to use everything they have to defend Newcastle from winning the match, but I don't know how long they will be able to hold Newcastle down.

Honestly I expected something more than this for Manchester United because if it lasts like this over time Newcastle could have good momentum but indeed this could also be one of the strategies of Ten Hag who really wants to wait and take advantage of momentum.

I wasn't expecting anything special from Manchester United in the match. The first half of the match looks easy for Newcastle, but the only problem is that they are finding it difficult to score because of the defensive game that Manchester United is playing, which is kind of risky for Manchester United. We saw some errors that they made in the first half of the match, if they continue playing defensive game, they might make some errors in the second half, and Newcastle might take advantage of it.

It's obvious that Manchester united didn't have any game plan before coming into this game and that's why they are playing the way they are playing now, nevertheless I don't expect them to even get a draw in this particular game because they are being dominated by Newcastle in all ramification and are yet to make any impact this match and  this all  the fault of the coach, I say so because there seem to be a disconnect between the coach and the players of Manchester united team and I think it's high time the management start looking for Ten Hag's replacement.

Newcastle United playing at home is already dominating the game because they are playing Manchester United very well and are created more chances and attempts than Manchester United, I am expecting a draw in the match sha because I know that Manchester United will not be easy to defeat especially as they are already losing hope in Champions League.

I think the game is this tough because Manchester United is playing with so much carefulness because they don't want to make mistakes that will lead to them conceding goals since they are playing with a team that has good attackers and having beating Manchester United 3:0 in the FA cup I think that lesson is enough for them to play with caution tonight even though they will later conceed goals at the end of the day.

I had earlier predicted Newcastle united to win even though I know that it won't be an easy win for them but if they are able to get the three points then they will increase their chances of getting to the top four soon.

This is a difficult match for Manchester United. I'm pessimistic about the chances, but it looks like we need to watch the game until the end. Newcastle seems to really want to steal an early goal, but I have little hope at Manchester United's defense not to concede. Dalot made a mistake in the penalty box and was lucky that Newcastle didn't get a penalty even though the ball touched Dalot's hand.

Alejandro Garnacho has been in good form recently and I hope he will be the difference for Manchester United today. Ten Hag must be able to keep his players as calm as possible and not make silly mistakes in defense, but so far it has been difficult because Newcastle are pressing well.

Judging from both team’s form, you’ll see how great Newcastle are especially when attacking. They’ve gote quite a wide rang of options of players who could hit the back of the goal, The Manchester United might seem really good in the Premier League but coming from a crazy UCL experience I think that will make them have a drop in team’s confidence.

 No doubt Garnacho has been one player to watch out for in this Man United squad but I don’t think he’ll have the strength to do much especially when they play at St James Park. It’s up to Ten Haag to make the perfect substition because any error could result in Manchester United conceding more and going down, i feel sad for the United's fan.

Newcastle just played PSG, a very good team, so mentally they are very prepared for this game. They have had the better game and have just not been too lucky with scoring. Manchester united can never come back to equalize cos Newcastle is well known for their iron door defense and with the score line, I don't see Manchester united equalizing at all. They've not been very promising in this game. Newcastle has been  oppressing them and a win is surely a good compensation for their efforts.

Yeah Arsenal really surprised everyone today because no one knows that Arsenal will just win this match in just a twinkle of an eye considering the fact that Wolves played Manchester city and Tottenham and won but they met Arsenal and Arsenal defeated them easily. Wolverhampton is a controversial club that defeat bigger clubs at any slightest opportunity they have, if Arsenal continues in this impressive form then they will certainly win the trophy this season.

All what I know is that Arsenal was the favorite team to win the game, and that was what happened, and I really created them for the great performances. In fact,  I expected Arsenal to have more goals than this, but they relax on the two goals that was why they were not able to score more goals. Arsenal have everything to won the Wolves based on this season's statistics. The Wolves are not in good shape, but they were just lucky to win Manchester City and Tottenham.

Manchester United poor performance is really something else because when it will seem they are beginning to peak form the next thing they are back on there poor performance again, I don't really understand what is happening to the club because if I remember vividly since Ten hag started coaching Manchester United there performance has become this way, most clubs they normally win before has become there nightmare that they find it very hard to win them.

However irrespective of how poor performance Manchester may be on this season I never believe Newcastle United will dominate them the way they did because Manchester United was playing as if they had no plans of wining because if they had improved in performance they would have not lose the match but instead they would have just draw.

Manchester United have now recorded another lose in this match which is what was expected before the match. From the frontline to the midfield to the defense and also the goalkeeper have all been performing poorly. No good management and they keep losing back to back. Seriously, I am not surprised by the outcome of this match because of how Manchester United have been performing poorly in recent games. Let them go back to the drawing table and strategize again, if not, they will continue losing even the least unexpected match that they hope they can win.

I expected more from Arsenal at Emirates stadium, my thought was after first half Arsenal will come with full force and things turned the other way round although Arsenal dominated but the changes Arteta did affected the match so badly, many chances to score goals, it's either a wrong shot or wrong pass and it affected them during the second half.
No doubt Saka played brilliant today and he scored the first goal second to Odegaard.
Today's match Arsenal vs Wolves was interesting no doubt, but Arsenal need to improve in their goal aspect and the next match with Aston Villa in the premeir league seems tough, they'll have to improve if they want to remain in top.

  One thing you should know is  that these players are human as well and are not some kind of robot, in just how few days ago we saw how excellently they played in the champions league, they are fortunate to see a 2 goal lead in the First half. In as much as that they really want the lead to secure their leading position in the table. The coach will not want to risk his player to play more offensively after the lead. So yeah! It not surprising wolves dominated the second half. The Gunners are know to play beautiful football, with their second team improving and already getting their form. They are looking promising in the title race.
  I believe and hope Arsenal do will in this festive fixture, if they can try to win their remaining fixtures of the festive fixture they will be in the upper hand of winning the title, it’s not new that who ever remains top of the league after the festive fixture will end up winning the league. Arsenal now have the squad depth, something they did not have last season. And the good thing is that their second team is already building their form. For me Arteta is building a monstrous team that are clinging for the tittle.

It really seems like this is going to be a very easy win unless the Wolves have a few lucky shots on target and score out of nowhere. But other than that Arsenal has the control over the game and didn't even allow a shot on target by the Wolves. Again Saka and Odegaard. I was never sure back in the days when Odegaard was celebrated as the Norwegian Messi whether he will be able to pass the test in Real Madrid or at some other top club if he gets sold or loaned out. But now he found his way and is an important part of the Arsenal game for good reasons.

Arsenal's match with Wolves will be very easy for Arsenal because Arsenal is a very good team and they have a lot of familiarity in the game of football Arsenal scored 2 goals at half time against Wolves and in the game There is still half time left. Arsenal scored 2 consecutive goals just 6 minutes and 13 minutes after the start of the game. Arsenal will win this match very easily as Wolves won't be able to win the match after 2 goals in the 2nd half and score 3 goals.

This game didn't end as dominant as I thought it would because Arsenal did concede that goal in a very bad moment, which is close towards the end. This always gives an inferior opponent this last bit of hope and a push to try it again a few times no matter how and then hope for that lucky punch. I don't understand why Arsenal allows for themselves to get into that critical moments again despite dominating the game for so long. It happened numerous times that an inferior opponent has two lucky goals at the end of a game. Against an opponent like the Wolves I expect clearer results than that. But the three points have been saved.

Exactly, good performance today tomorrow poor performance am dissapointed after watching Manchester united this night, I knew that Newcastle will win but I didn't expect Manchester united to feel reluctant during the match, during first half they played absolutely nonsense, no defence, no attack, from my observation at some extend they looked scared and afriad even to pass the ball was a problem. Judging by the recent results of Manchester United, there is no doubt that the team is currently underperforming and that why it's actually safe to say that Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag deserves to sacked as the club manager. Earlier in the week, Manchester United played out a draw in a game against Galatasaray in the  UEFA Champions League despite going two goals up after the restart of the second half. The manager lacks the needed tactical and technical abilities to manage a big team like Manchester United and the earlier he's relieved of his duties at the club the better for the the club.

I don't thu Manchester United's problem has anything to do with the club's goalkeeper Andre Onana even when the Cameroon international has made some big goalkeeping mistakes since the start of the season. Before the match week 15 of the English Premier League kicked off this weekend, Onana was joint highest goalkeepers with the most clean sheets in the league and that goes a long way to tell how good of a goalie he is despite not being adequately protected by his defenders

I don't understand who to blame in this match whether coach or players or indeed Newcastle is playing better, what is clear is that Manchester United played well in the last 3 matches before being defeated by Newcastle today but in terms of defense I agree that Manchester United have weaknesses including the goalkeeper. I see Manchester United always conceded when fighting strong teams, in the Premier League they have conceded 17 goals In the Champions League they conceded 14 goals in 5 matches or the average total conceding is higher than the goal scored by the player so the defense must be the main focus of Manchester United in the upcoming transfer window if indeed they want to continue to compete to get a Champions League ticket. By the way, Newcastle managed to shift Tottenham and go up to 5th position, the next mission is to pursue Aston Villa currently Newcastle is only 2 points adrift I don't think it's difficult.

I agree with you, Manchester United poor performance is awful; and this is why i wonder why ten hag is still in charge at old trafford despite the awful performances and terrible tactics from the coach. Another defeat and another awful stat as Ten Hag has 13 losses out of 19 away games against top 8 epl sides.

This is nnot Manchester United standard; when will he get the sack ?
