I agree that Liverpool are a little bit better than Manchester city at the moment because Liverpool have been very consistent this season in both home and away matches.

It cannot be a strong reason to favor Liverpool in this match. I assume both Liverpool and Man City have the same chance to win because they almost have the same players' quality. Both teams also have outstanding coaches who can make brilliant strategies during the match. Which team wins in this match will be determined by their preparation and mentality. It's one thing when it comes to a series of matches and quite another thing when it comes specifically to one next match and anything can happen, for which we love football. Yes, Manchester City has not been as impressive lately as it was quite recently and allowed Liverpool to get close to itself at a minimum distance, but all this does not negate the factor of the match itself, where the opponents meet face to face and there are completely different emotions and layouts. I think Guardiola is an experienced coach enough to find the right methods and words for his players to lead the team out of a relative crisis, at least before he did it well.

And maybe even West Ham too but I see them as the least likely.

Taking in goals under 2.5 or maybe a BTTS is probably a better bet than picking a side for the Liverpool and Man City game. I want a high scoring game like most neutral fans but I can see both teams focusing on defense so it could end up 1-0 or 1-1. I agree with arallmus that neither team will do something funny or crazy since the stakes are really high

Lately, there have been few goals scored in Liverpool matches. Below 2.5 could be a good value bet. Man city doesn't have much time because the points difference is very close so there is no other choice they have to win every remaining match
Man city and Liverpool have to win every match if in one match only draw means closing the opportunity of course they don't want this to happen

Right now Arsenal is the more consistent team in the race for top four, they don't have the fire power that United has but there players are more committed and shows more will to win games than the United team

Evidently, these are all true and it ain't easy for them to fine asylum as it is with every player within the team trying to be a redeemer. They aren't getting more of team work and there defence isn't what it's hoped to be. The forward is good but with a bad communication and that's enough reason for them not yo be winning games. Partly also, ther problem could be coach related as, he hasn't been able to shape these guys into having the best team morale towards a game. You can use what Xavi is doing at Barcelona for an example. Barca was bad too but, they've bounced back, thanks to Xavi. Manchester United could do the same thing.

We have seen several teams at the top of the standings have to be held to a draw and even defeated by a team that is in the relegation zone. it was all because the big teams underestimated their small opponents. even a small mouse thought to be weak could injure the leg of a very large horse.

Looking on schedule match left I see have potential with Arsenal could stuck to finish on 4th standing place because have three difficult match,

1. Chelsea vs Arsenal                     April 21th
2. Arsenal vs Manchester United    April 23th
3. West Ham United vs Arsenal      1st May

Listed as difficult match left from Arsenal and I think if could success get 9 point from three match above I think have potential with another match left will easy and have chance for finish on 4th standing place position.

April 6 to April 16 Liverpool will be tested with 4 tough matches. With details twice against Benfica in the Champions League, and twice against rivals Manchester City, 1 game each in the Premier League and 1 game in the FA CUP.
In a duration of 10 days Liverpool players have to exhaust their energy to compete in 4 important match, obviously this will make Liverpool players tired. Klopp must be able to ignite the enthusiasm of his players to wipe out the entire match if he wants to lift the trophy at the end of the season, and make few rotations to keep players stamina stable.

It's probably harder on Man City TBH, their two CL games are against Atletico Madrid, and you'd think they'll be tougher than Benfica.
Not sure the FA Cup game is so relevant really. I think they'll give everything they have in the league game, as much as they have to in the CL games, and then give whatever is left in the FA Cup. It's the least important of the three tournaments.

In fact after April 16th, Liverpool still have to play against Manchester United on April 20th and then have to play against Tottenham on May 7th. It is an opponent that is not at all easy and with a schedule like that, then at least Manchester City have a better chance of being title winners this season. Also, if they qualify for the semi-finals of the UCL then they will of course get an even tighter schedule, especially regarding Liverpool because they still have to play against big teams in the EPL.

Arsenal are almost binded in top 4 but they are still facing with challenge from Tottenham and Manchester United and the most dangerous competitor for them is Tottenham. Anyway all things are in hands of Arsenal and if they can maintain their good performance at acceptable level, they will beat both Tottenham and Manchester United in the end.

With few matches left and with difference they have now, it is not easy for Tottenham and Manchester United to beat Arsenal. Many Arsenal players will have their first Champoins League participation in their career. So they have enough ambition to fight with their best in order to get that ticket.

In the current standings, the difference in points between Man City and Liverpool is not too far and in general they both have a chance to win the EPL this season if one of them experiences a draw or lose.
So the surprises might be there, but I'm looking more into this for more exciting games this season.

2 weeks before the game and City odds are better to win than Liverpool @2 vs 3, which means there is high risk in this match. Liverpool is quite hard team to beat, they lost only 2 games and their goals difference are also better than City.

Although it seems that choosing Liverpool in a bet against Manchester City is a risky thing, but I have more confidence that Liverpool will win this match even though in their first meeting this season the match ended in a draw.

I prefer to speculate few days before the game since there is 2 matches before it for both teams in CL and EPL so injuries, red cards and other stuff could occur to top players just like what happened to Real Madrid before facing Barcelona!

Arsenal, chasing their first top-four finish since 2016, have another tricky run next month. They face back-to-back away trips to Southampton and Chelsea before a crunch home clash with their top 4 spot rivals Manchester United all within the space of a week. But here is the thing, Arsenal have 10 games left, 30pts available. Taking at least 24pts out of the available 30 will secure the top 4. I.e 54 + 24 = 78pts. Their top 6 games left; Chelsea(A), Manchester United(H) and Tottenham(A). Arsenal need to take at least 4 points from these 3 games and win others. Its won't come easy but that's the position they find ourselves right now. I am very positive Arsenal will pick complete points against Manchester united and maybe a draw against Tottenham.

Indeed the meeting between Manchester City and Liverpool is difficult to predict and I agree if they draw at the end of the game.
