The match results obtained by Manchester City and also Liverpool were as predicted earlier. But what is surprising is the result that Chelsea got, they dropped points even with a landslide score of Brentford. This result is really disappointing for them, maybe the internal problem they are facing is a factor in this match. They will also play in the Champions League, I'm not sure about them now.

The main reason for Brentford's victory was that the defenders were able to successfully repel Chelsea's attacks. The first half was very competitive. Both teams attacked a lot and tried to score. They didn't give anything away in this game and I was actually quite surprised from the start with their formation but didn't expect this to happen.

My prediction is correct. The match has been drawn. The first half was completely boring. Neither team made any good attempt to attack. Unless United change their tactics, they will never reach the top four. Moreover, it seems that Manchester United are unlikely to be in the top 4 of the table. They have played two more matches than Arsenal but still are 3 points behind. Arsenal is now much more stable than United.

2 goals without reply from City and Liverpool make them still competing today.
Chelsea were really unexpected in this match who would have thought they lost so badly at the Stampord Bridge they have to start again with a new strategy so it won't be like in this match against Madrid.

It was a really sad day for Manchester United today. I really hoped them to gather strength against Leicester but they couldn't. Leicester got ahead first and they equalized it thanks to Fred's goal. And Leicester were nearly getting ahead once more if their goal wasn't cancelled by VAR due to foul. The final result was 1-1. Manchester United players must be even more frustrated now. They are still struggling a lot to win. Ronaldo couldn't play due to illness as well. His absence also affected the team badly.

I didn't view Chelsea match, when I called a friend for the scores he told me 4 - 1, I was like Chelsea has demolished Bredford but he told me the reverse was the case. I was shocked, I quickly asked him if Thomas Tuchel reserved players because of champions league. He said all the Chelsea players were present.

I then remembered that according to my permutations, one big team is supposed to lose march this weekend. I was thinking it will be Manchester City, not knowing that it will happen to Chelsea. Well such is football. The epl is still open for contest.

Manchester City and Liverpool won the match as expected but I'm just surprised by Chelsea's 1-4 loss to Brentford at home tonight which was really a very disappointing result. Also Manchester United are still not able to consistently win match where they also have to drop points tonight.

Manchester United now do not have much hope of clinching a ticket to the Champions League next season and now they are also feared not to qualify for the Europa League after falling a few points behind Tottenham. Without an increase in performance then I think Manchester United will really fail this season and maybe have to settle for playing in the League next season.

Liverpool finally scored their second goal too and secured a 2-0 score against Watford. The match is nearing to an end now and Liverpool are very close to capturing the lead after a very long break. This must be a really meaningful moment for them surely. Manchester City have led the standings for so long that it started to be boring. But now, there is a huge competition for the EPL title. Indeed it was a great game for Liverpool and will build their momentum, Alisson made a decisive save at 0-0 before Liverpool go up the other end and score, although it seem offside and the VAR may have canceled the goal but if it wasn't, that save was pivotal time and time again. Truth is no one would have believed in the summer that Liverpool would be in the situation putting pressure on Manchester City and might likely win the league.

They would have almost lost had VAR not canceled out Leicester's second goal but luckily it was thwarted. I don't know what to say for Manchester United at the moment, they don't look to be expected even in a match that puts them as favourites. If Manchester United's performance has to be like this again during the end of the season then I'm sure they won't manage to have much competition next season and will only focus on the Premier League.

Honestly I didn't expect them to be like this because in my opinion Ronaldo didn't come to fail, but he came to raise the team spirit for the better. I hope they can still have a chance to qualify for the Europa League next season and I think it's still possible at the moment.

they are quite equal in my opinion even though MU is superior in terms of chances and ball possession Leicester still played quite well in this match.
The draw is the final score and indeed this is the same as what some people have said before because the performance of these two teams is not too good so I feel this is still a fairly reasonable score now even though Manchester United must now give up their position for a while and stay away from the top 4

Honestly, I do not know what people expected of these games. I mean maybe United game was a bit of a shocker to some people, but even that was a bit expected. Aside from that I do not get all this Burnley fear. When did that started? I know it has been a thing for a while, but I do not know when and how it first started.

This is Burnley we are talking about the team that is 19th in the league and for some reason everyone was either expecting or fearing a big upset there. In the end that didn't happen, and OF COURSE Liverpool managed to beat watford who is 18th in the league. This was one of the easiest weeks to wager and I am glad I did.
