I read reports that Chelsea are making inquiries for Harry Maguire. I'm not surprised Manchester United fans want their captain to leave the club. Chelsea have quality players, Tuchel shouldn't ruin his team balance by bringing Maguire to the squad. Maguire may go to Chelsea and be what he is at Manchester United right now, dead weight and drag the team down.

Having good performance without any trophies would be so bad for him. In my opinion that if he must also try to think about that. Will he always play with good performance but without any trophies for his career? that sounds very bad. It's not about how good your perfomance but it's about how many trophies that already achieved. The club is having target to be a winner. This is main aim from any team.

It is HT and Palace is leading Aston Villa who first scored an early goal in the match. Despite almost immediate equaliser by Zaha, Aston Villa were still pushing harder than Crystal Palace. But the coordination of Eze in the midfield and the build up to meet Zaha was excellent even in their last match.
I was expecting to see Coutinho in the action but he was rather reserved, wishing he can come in this second half with Ings, the game could change for Aston Villa. However, any match that is strong like 50:50, one goal lead a whole lot of challenge to overcome.

honestly tottenham is making me angry in this game, it doesn't even seem like they are playing against a team that is not very strong, tottenham's attack collapsed again like at the beginning of last season, i'm really regretting having bet on them, in that pace of play even if wolves score a goal then wolves will win or draw in this game, I'm not seeing tottenham scoring many goals in this game at that pace unless there is some radical change in the players' posture

you are too quick to judge the situation of the game from tottenham even at the end of the game they won 1-0. So do you regret making the choice to support Tottenham. I might praise what the tottenham players showed in this match. Although they had some good chances but they were not put to good use. Well the extra 3 points is an important point. It was their chance to win the game, but they blew it. It was unfortunate for Wolves that they were not efficient in front of goal. The second half was much better for Spurs.

At least totenham can secure three points from wolves. It was very hard for totenham to beat wolves. Even this looks hard for totenham but kane was making the club can secure full points from wolves. It wasn't the most comfortable win for Tottenham indeed. If Wolves were able to make use of the chances they found in the first half the score would have been way different than this. Wolves could have finished the half with a serious advantage. Conte had better learn his lesson after this performance to do better next time. The important point I got in this match Wolves forwards couldn't finish well some of the golden opportunities they had. On the one hand, Tottenham are favored because they are playing at home. I was expecting that there'd be a lot of goals from the Tottenham side but alas, they were content with just one. Although wolves gave them a tough time, but I expected that like the way they played with Chelsea, something more would have happened.

There would be a lot of goals, against Wolverhampton? Naaaahhhh, you definitely thought wrong and shouldn't have expected that. Wolverhampton aren't the type of team you always expect a lot of goals with especially when they play one of the top team. They try to be defensive while waiting on a counter attack and they are quite good at it.

If you look at there past games this season, you'll find them loosing to Leeds in a 2 goals to 1, not much goals as well, draw with Fulham in a goalless game and now, have lost only by 1 goal to Tottenham. They don't conceive much and Tottenham was a bit lucky to have earned that goal in time.

Everton were lucky today against Nottingham forest at least they got a point but it is quite disappointing  seeing that Everton was a team that struggled last season and it is looking like they about to start struggling again this season. The coach lampard has to do better because I do not think he has any excuse to give this time.


This is the game I have been waiting for all day, AFC Bournemouth - Arsenal. Arsenal needs all three points from this away fixture to continue our flying form. I predict arsenal to win by 1:3.

All ongoing clubs expect victory, especially the home team. Can they secure the full points like Tottenham have done?

Leicester City lost. Everton drew. The team that secured three points at home to Crystal Palace, Fulham. These two teams managed to secure full points like Tottenham.

The results received by Everton after completing 3 matches, they only locked 1 point. This condition made me worry about the fate of Frank Lampard as a coach.
Last season, Lampard almost failed to defend The Toffees survived in the Premier League. If in the next few weeks there was no change in the condition of Everton, my disagreement that there was a possibility that Lampard would be fired.
This is just my assumption.

Tottenham played without hope. they only control the ball then for the opponent to take. they didn't even create chances. 45 minutes of the first half created only 1 shot. with more than 50% possession like Tottenham did.
if you still play like that, it's hard to expect Tottenham to get a win in this match. performance is far from expectations.

with this bad performance, tottenham this season is not fighting for the title, that is already clear, they are fighting to stay between the 4 positions and have access to the champions league, I will avoid betting on them.

aston villa is not doing well in these first games, 3 games and 2 defeats, 6 goals conceded, that means they concede 2 goals in each game, and a very bad defense

Everton 1 - 1 Nottingham Forest

everton is also not well, in 3 games they failed to win at least 1 game

After a fantastic came from Adams, who scored both goals for the Saints, Southampton came from behind to defeat Leicester 2-1 for their first victory of the year.

Arsenal may have gotten it right finally! Hard to believe many plastic fans wanted Arteta sacked early last season! Same plastic fans that will be calling for Erik Ten Hag's sack by Monday when Liverpool is done with them! No patience whatsoever!
