I support United and even made a bet on them before the game. I had to leave, and seeing the score 0-2 (monitored on my mobile phone), I thought that after the break I would have time to make one more bet on United (odds were 7.5). And now I come and the score is already 0-4 and I can say that I saved money   In the next round, the game with Liverpool and the fact that the regular season was lost can be recognized as a completed, RIP.

What happened with Erik ten Hag's team, the first half is not over but they are 4 goals behind Brentford. Their pre-season match give satisfactory results, but since the Premier League started there has been a significant change from Man United's game. At first I favored them in today's match because I think Erik ten Hag will learn from previous defeats which will make them play harder to win.

I hope he can find a solution to improve Manchester United's performance in the next game and I also hope he can convince the Manchester United management to get some other players before the transfer window closes. Ten Hag has seriously expressed his desire for some of the players he needs this season, that includes De Jong as well as others. But until now I think their pursuit of these players has not been successful despite some new names in the squad this season.

For the second half Ten Hag started to rotate players where two defenders were replaced and one was a midfielder. Somehow he would have to avenge these 4 goals had all the players he had were not really motivated to score goals and play well. Brentford is a very good team that is fully prepared for the season; in their first match against Leicester City, they really tried, so I am not surprised by this result; however, 4 goals in 45 minutes is too many for a big team like Manchester United to concede. Cristiano Ronaldo's presence has had no effect so far because he was part of the problems that led to the first goal. Manchester United must change their playing style and acquire more players in order to compete in the Premier League this season.

It's only a team like Manchester United that would make Brentford look prepared for the season. Like Manchester United is completely off as it is. I can't can't getting one players is there issue here because, they've got quality players tha the likes of Brentford and Brighton to have beaten them so far. There major issue if you ask me is that, they've got no style of play as it is. The players isn't a team and can't successfully coordinate an attack without being read and intercepted. Brentford had a total of 7 shots in the first half, four of which were on target. Martinez is not playing well. Meanwhile, Maguire's performance is poor as usual. Didn't Manchester United spend 85 million on Maguire though, since when did they decide to keep on players based on their transfer fee? Well, I am not surprised because ​this is what happens when average players get overrated and bought for high price. My observation from the match is that it would make more sense to take either Fernandes or Eriksen off, push Martinez into cdm, and put Varane on with Maguire, purely for the height. However, if everything goes south and Manchester United gets relegated, at least then all the overpaid underperformers will leave.

Every team including Manchester United must have good confidence before starting the match. Their line-up isn't as bad as it seems, but Brentford worked better and took every opportunity to score those 4 goals.

Broadly speaking, Brentford has good motivation and desire to win without being afraid of the quality of Manchester United's players. They play in front of their own fans and this really makes them play with all their heart. Until the 70th minute, the score was still 4-0 for Manchester United's defeat.

Manchester United seemed to have lost concentration in their game after conceding 1 goal in the early minutes. De Gea also did one silly thing in this match he should have thrown the ball away instead of distributing it to a defender whose opponent's position was very easy to take the ball and that was the beginning of the Manchester United game getting out of control. I am not surprised by this result because indeed Manchester United played quite badly in the first game and in this second match. Brentford have managed to score 4 goals against Manchester United in just 35 minutes. Eriksen lost a lot of balls to the opponents in the midfield. De Gea is on an unlucky day. Brentford has crippled Hag strategy. I wonder what Erisken is doing in defensive midfield and why Hag will want to start Fred. Lets hope Hag is still testing his strategy he needs more time to prove if he is the answer to united poor performance. Disaster class for MUFC conceeding so much goals and it is just the first half, the supporters will be furious with the team for playing like the lesser side. last week in their game so many complained that the coach made an error not starting Cristiano Ronaldo for the game but this week Cristiano Ronaldo has started and it's still the same problems. There is no coming back from this in the second half.
Manchester United's next game is against the Liverpool and if they put up this sort of performance without showing some sort of improvement before the next game, Liverpool will thrash them even with the home advantage that they may have. (I say "may have" because we see how Manchester United supporters are planning not to enter the stadium in the next game next home game)

Manchester United cannot score against a team like Brentford, on the contrary, United conceded 4 goals in just 35 minutes. So it is easy to guess that the United team is very weak both in attack and defense. Manchester United will not be able to build any resistance against Liverpool. City are seriously coming for that title again, Liverpool have to make sure they try to stay in touch, slip ups would prove too costly this season.

Jesus is getting enough time to play what he didn't get in the past season. I think it is a great deal for Arsenal and I believe that Arsenal will be able to participate in next UCL. Nothing to say about MANU because they are losing continuously and no improvement on their performance.

If you make errors after errors every 5 to 10 mins you cannot expect a different result than today. Manchester United is playing like school kids, passes are not accurate, their defense is sub par and if you present chances any team would score goals in high numbers.

This clearly gave Ten Hag a headache because instead of improving the scheme he was running, it only got worse.
4-0 from a club that is clearly away from them really isn't good there and with this result it's definitely sinking them at the bottom now.
I'm actually looking forward to next week how they will face Liverpool at their current state.
