I think that you're wrong in this case. Arsenal has so many good players but the only thing that makes it different is mostly of players bought by arsenal were not unpopular players. The players that owned by arsenal didn't get hype like another player that being bought by another club like city.

That gap is not so big if arsenal will always lose in the upcoming match and what about when arsenal will be only winning the upcoming match? that gap seems pretty impossible to be surpassed by manchester city and united.
