Yes, I believe Tuchel was hastily removed as he would have been given more time to make things better in his own way.

Tuchel was removed because he was a remnant from the past owner of Chelsea. The new owner needed someone who he could believe in as the right choice, but clearly he has made a mistake with Graham Potter. Bad thing is that Chelsea gave him a five year contract and to let him go now will mean them paying him off hugely since they are the ones breaching the contract. They have spent a lot this season and know that letting Graham Potter go will cost them more money, so perhaps the best choice for the business is to give him some more time maybe till next season.

Now we all can say that it is a mistake made by Chelsea's owner in choosing Potter, but we all also forget that it is not easy to manage a team for a coach who come in the middle of a season.
I would prefer to say that the mistake is the decision to change the coach when the season is running a half, I do even doubt that a better or more experienced coach will be able to do better than Potter for this situation.
Of course the best thing is to give him at least a whole season to prove that he is a capable coach who can bring a better achievement.
I think Potter will need to rebuild the team first in the next new season if he wont be sacked at the end of this season.

I don't agree with your assessment. Chelsea's major setback was clearly at Potter's hands. I think he has had enough time to manage Chelsea, he is also a local English coach, so it doesn't take long to adapt. Potter has also been involved in the big transfers that Chelsea have made, a number of potential young players at a high price he has signed. Then besides that, the legacy player from Thuccel is a great player who is experienced enough. I don't think Potter is fit to manage a team as big as Chelsea, he isn't experienced enough and he isn't ready for big pressure either. I think Chelsea's management must have the courage to take decisive action even though it has to bear huge costs, the partnership with Potter must end immediately.

During the time when they sacked Thomas Tuchel, I did say that they will definitely feel the heat and regret on that decision as time goes on and now it already happening.
Potter poor performance now has become worst than Thomas Tuchel poor performance time that lead to his sudden sack.
Chelsea is a big team for Potter to handle and with time if things continue this way, I do think at some point the owner would be left with no option than to sack him. Chelsea couldn't even get a single goal during their match with Tottenham.

Imagine the disgrace each weekend the club fans has to bear, because of an immature and incompetent show of both Potter and the clubs technical crew. A club that spent such huge amount expects to see a tremendous positive difference in performance and results of the team buy this expectations ain't reflecting. The likes of Tuchel never lose many matches as these before his sack so am still wondering why Potter is still embraced even amidst shameful losses cause I understand money isn't the problem for the club.

This will be the first success after rising for Manchester United and of course also with Erik ten Hag, even though this is the EFL Cup but at least it can be solid proof that Manchester United is slowly returning to its best form. But yes, I also didn't expect Newcastle to be able to control the match, and Newcastle should have scored a goal in this EFL Cup final match.

Maybe it's because Manchester United also has a good defense too, so Newcastle doesn't have a better chance of scoring. Anyway, even though Newcastle lost, but with an effort like that, of course, Newcastle deserves high appreciation too.

The game is settled for Manchester United, this will be the first competition they have won in a while but it does not look like the last competition they will win this season. They have a very determined team that show hunger to win with every game. Newcastle are a difficult team to score, but they put through two goals and where able to hold their defense even with the pressure applied by Newcastle. Ronaldo would have been a partaker of this joy winning another competition with the club where he is considered a legend but unfortunately not so, maybe he will win in Saudi Arabia.

Diogo Dalot replacement with Aaron Wan-Bissaka was a very good choice because Allan Saint-Maximin would have caused him a lot of problems. Erik Ten Hag got his team selection well, this is a well deserved title for him, and the first of many to come.

it's no wonder why chelsea keeps losing, they still retain coaches who don't have good strategic skills, it seems chelsea is spending money in vain by buying expensive players but when it has a big impact on the team. in the current EPL, liverpool and chelsea are problematic teams but both have different problems (chelsea has problems with coaches, while liverpool has problems with team cohesiveness and quality).

Manchester United did really well. They did not have the majority of possession over the ball. But they were still able to make chances and convert them into goals. It's not like Newcastle United had all that possession but was unable to create chances. Newcastle United created a lot of chances. Chelsea has already been a huge disappointment this season. After so many chances to recover from all of their losses and big point losses, they keep losing matches and have no hope of ever winning again. It's past time they fired the new coach who has forced them to spend a lot of money on new players with little to show for it. He is constantly changing his starting XI and lacks consistency.

In my opinion, his contract was far too large to begin with; he should have been given a shorter contract year before being considered for a longer one. There's no need to think about not relieving him of his duties now that it appears he won't be able to save Chelsea again.

It was a great victory for the great Manchester United after they went more than 5 years without winning a trophy, and they still hold the most trophies in the Premier League game. What do Coach Potter from Chelsea now? Shouldnt he give up soon and let someone else take his place? 6 games without a win, that is a disaster and i dont know how many years ago something like that happened at Chelsea. Im surprised there was no red card today, Ziyech close to get one. The motivation is bad and the frustration is rising, which usually leads a player to getting a red card. Where is the news "Coach Potter fired"?... something has to change quickly.

Compared to Arsenal's game against Leicester City earlier, Manchester City is having there best time with Bournemouth. I felt they would win even before the game began because, they just needed to, following the Leicester 0:1 Arsenal win, there isn't much choice for them to lose points.
They are already 2 goals ahead and good enough, Erling Haaland is back to scoring. His hot one goal, set up by P. Foden to give him an easy finish and from the way the game has been carrying, he's probably going to have a couple more chance to get a brace in the game. There is time on the click to accommodate that and Pep is sure to give him the palting time he deserves.

It is much more difficult for Arsenal to win a match against Leicester than Manchester City against Bournemouth. Even I think Manchester City will win this match with a high score like 4 or 5 goals because now they have scored 3 goals.

Alvarez, Haaland and Phil Foden each scored and closed the first half with a 0-3 advantage over their opponents. So it's quite possible to get Manchester City to win the match by 4 or 5 goals today following Arsenal's tough win.

I'm not arguing that they're fine, but lately I've been seeing a trend of them getting kind of weaker. If you compare the first half of the season and what we have now, the style of play is a little different, so is the result. Sitting in defense the whole game, scoring the minimum number of goals and hoping that's enough is not soccer, it's a "bus" style that will eventually stall

I agree with you there is no way to save Potter, 5 matches without win even 2 matches ended with losing obviously this is very embarrassing for a team like Chelsea
In the game Chelsea is not too bad it's just that they always fail to scored even though they have a great new player so what exactly is the problem?
This season reminds me of the 2015/2016 season at that time Chelsea finished ranked 10th even though 2014/2015 Chelsea is the winner of the Premier League
