I'm not sure why some people don't believe in hard work; just because Manchester City has been the defending champions and Arsenal has been nowhere near the top four in previous seasons doesn't mean Manchester City can always be the Champions and Arsenal can't also try to claim the victory; just as you think Arsenal will make mistakes that will lead to them dropping some points, Manchester City will do the same because the Premier League is a tense environment.

I don’t really care about their Head-to-Head record now because Liverpool hasn’t been in the best form since the beginning of the season. Liverpool played Wolves twice in the FA Cup, winning the replay 1-0 before losing 3-0 in the reverse league fixture earlier this month and Klopp said he hoped to learn from their mistakes in that defeat. I think that’s enough to tell you  that anything is likely to happen. The only difference it would make today is that they’ll be playing at Anfield and it’s an advantage to them. I agreed with your statement of fact some soccer analysts always rate Man City ahead of Arsenal in term of the likely league winner this season infact of some said when both team met in Etihad Man City will defeat Arsenal and claim the top spot, but forgot the fact that both teams will face difficult challenges with some EPL clubs who might pose a threat to there win, for instance Man City drew Nottingham forest in a match City was expected to convincingly win thus lost two points, therefore more of this upset is bound to happen to any top teams and Arsenal will  never relente on their efforts to win their matches consistently to win the league.

looking at Chelsea's current condition it looks like they will find it quite difficult to get an increase in the near future. But Graham potter will certainly try to make Chelsea win again.

That will be the hardest thing for chelsea to win against dortmund. Dortmund's current performance is as good as bayern munchen. I saw zero chance for chelsea to be able to pass dortmund and go to the last 8. Dortmund is also coming with full squads to the stamford bridge. This gonna be best match to be watched.
