In Arsenal vs Liverpool game it was a common prediction that Arsenal will win the match as Liverpool are much weaker than Arsenal.  And Arsenal have been able to keep their first position so far with many points ahead of Man City. Man city is very good and will become a popular team with Arsenal. Arsenal is 5 points ahead of second placed Man City.  If Arsenal lose today against Liverpool they will fall behind Man City in short time and Man City will move to number one position in the points table. So Arsenal must play very well today

Everyone believed Arsenal is going to win Liverpool in today's match, since Arsenal is stronger than Liverpool, and the current position that Arsenal is, they won't want to lose any match, but unfortunately Arsenal couldn't win today's match, they ended the match as draw and the two clubs got 1 point each. The match was a fantastic one, it was really entertaining and Liverpool performance was really nice, even as they couldn't win but they didn't allow Arsenal to win. Manchester city can still overtake Arsenal on the table.

It is very unfortunate that what many predicted, didn't work out(Arsenal winning against Liverpool). Anyway, that's how football is(full of surprises). A team that was let down because of its poor performance can turn around to give you an unexpected result.
Arsenal is gradually losing its top position. It's a 5 points gap. By the time Manchester City would play against Leicester and wins, it will reduce to 3 points.
Arsenal and Manchester City still have an outstanding match to play. I wonder what will Arsenal's fate by then toward the lifting of the premier league trophy.

Liverpool played well they deserve 1 point to maintain their position in the league.

As the game will be played at Liverpool's home ground, I was sure that Liverpool would win. If Mohamed Salah hadn't missed the penalty Liverpool would have won but this is where the luck of the draw lost my bet. And while I suffered losses, those who played on the draw benefited the most. However, everyone is stronger at home, which is why Liverpool and Arsenal often have equal attacks, but Arsenal's attacks are stronger but not successful. You actually got the wrong impression there. If Salah didnt miss the penalty then the outcome of the game will be unpredictable because Arsenal will be forced to go on offensive because they are in desperate need of 3 points. Arsenal was playing more defensively hence the 2nd goal was scored by Liverpool otherwise it could go either way there

It must be sucks for Arteta because he was so close on getting full 3 points there

the difference in the end is likely to be 3 points later with Manchester City and this will make them even more annoyed, especially by looking at the schedule for their remaining matches which still have some tough matches there.
Arsenal must minimize things like this in future matches because if something like this happens again, the trophy in front of their eyes and the position they have guarded from the start of the season could leave them.

Due to Liverpool's condition, in this season, I have observed that people no more have the confidence while watching Liverpool match. The past records of these two clubs falls in favour of Liverpool.  They have recorded a poor result against chelsea in their last match, and I wouldn't expect them to lose again,  irrespective of who ever they play. I knew there playing in anfield will be an additional advantage to clopp boys. It was quite an interesting match to watch.

I wish Arsenal won this game because I believe they technically deserved the win there. It is true that they became a little complacent after a point which they shouldn't have done. Because this caused them to give big spaces to Liverpool and they benefited from these opportunities really well. Of course this is still not a too bad result for Arsenal as they didn't lose at least.

But there was a big opportunity there to beat Liverpool in Anfield as they were vulnerable. Making point losses is making things more dangerous for Arsenal considering their title run. But I think they will start winning again by their next game.

But the reason that Arsenal didn't have that many chances also was because we finally saw a different Liverpool again. Liverpool is a weird team this season. On the one hand everybody knows that in theory they could perform, on the other hand in practice they just can't get their abilities onto the pitch.

The penalty would have given them more time right after half-time, but apart from that chance they also had a big one in the very last minute where I still don't understand how that one could be missed. And the one shot from Salah that was defended by the goalkeeper. When I saw the ball flying I thought that's it, but it was an outstanding save although the ball was deflected, too, and got an additional spin because of that.

Firmino is helping liverpool to leave the unlucky situation. The failed penalty by salah has made so many people feel disappointed including me but finally with the come of firmino was saving the club from the loss. I don't even know why liverpool wanna try to sell a good player like him once he is still having time to play in the various competitions next season. Arsenal must delay its party caused by it has not yet been safe from manchester city. The manchester city is still having a chance to win against arsenal soon.
The duel between city vs arsenal has not yet started. This gonna be epic game caused by the winner will determine the winner of EPL too. The match is having very fast tempo. Arsenal and liverpool are always trying to attack one each another.

I do like this kind of match that was triggering the heartbeat by any supporters from arsenal and liverpool. this is a great match for this week. it's actually worth spending a few hours watching it from the start of game until the end of game.

If Liverpool had been a little better at finishing off their goal positions this season, they could have ended the season in a better place. Of course, Salah should have turned the penalty into a goal, but they missed a lot of goals throughout the season, just like in this match. When the midfield and defense problems were added to this problem and their incompetence during the transfer period was added, a bad season was inevitable for Liverpool. I think if they make a few quality midfield transfers that can support the forward line (Gakpo, Salah and Nunez) next season, and if they manage to solve some problems in defense, they will manage to get a strong position in the league title race again next season. Because Brighton had quite many chances to score goals and they even had the highest percentage of ball possession during the game. I don't know how Tottenham let them play better than themselves here. They are still not playing good enough for taking a place in top four as a result.

They have no other option than keeping getting wins to be able to stay right behind this area. If they can't even join the Champions League then I think Kane would think of leaving the team more seriously.

Poor Penalty shoot from Salah, This is not the first time he has missed something like that
I have seen against Bournemouth, he shot his shot wide by the left side of the goal post
He should have been awarded a late penalty but the referee said no too light to be awarded

Tottenham was in total control of the game and had more ball possession but the Brighton squad gave a good account of themselves. The unique feature about the Roberto De Zerbi men is that they make use of any slight goal-scoring opportunity. They had almost the same shots on target with nine shots while Tottenham had five shots on target with seventeen shots. I am even suspecting that the referee was biased because he gave the host team some privileges.

This loss diminished Brighton's hope of getting a ticket for any of the European competitions and gave Tottenham the hope of playing in the Champions League next season. But Brighton still has hope if they utilize their the few games remaining. Son Heung-min's goal was classic and will compete for the goal of the season. It was indeed a wonder to behold.
