Manchester United just need one point from two games to secure champions league qualification, that is 1 point out of a possible six. Chelsea on the other hand are not competing for anything in the league currently so they do not have anything to fight for. The balance of the game is tipped towards a victory for Manchester United, but the game of football is as unpredictable as the price of bitcoin.

It would count as a decent season for the red devils if they can secure champions league football after winning the Carabao cup and still have a shot at winning the FA cup when they go against their city rivals.

Even though Manchester United lost to Chelsea in today's game, I think Manchester United's chances of qualifying for the Champions League next season are still the same. I mean, the match against Fulham in Week 38 is not as difficult as it seems, so I don't think Manchester United's chances won't be as low as they say if they lose to Chelsea today.

I already think it's safe for Manchester United to qualify for the Champions League group stages next season, so Liverpool will just have to settle for qualifying for the Europa League. Chelsea are not going anywhere next season, but they also have a mission to aim for victory at Old Trafford today.

It would be a shame if MU lost against Chelsea at home. but for me not, even though Man United is not very consistent in every game but MU is stronger than Chelsea which is very bad this season.
Man United's current belief is that they can only beat Fulham. because Fulham is one of the strong teams too even though they are in the 10th position but Fulham usually can suddenly increase and surprise the opponent's defense.
so Chelsea will not be a strong team for MU unlike Fulham.
I feel that MU doesn't need to focus too much on winning against Chelsea but it would be better to strategize to beat Fulham.

The most likely scenario that we hope for the final result of Manchester United vs Chelsea is a draw. A draw will bring us safely in fourth place even though in the last game vs Fulham at Old Trafford, Manchester United will lose and Liverpool will win over Southampton.
We don't expect Manchester United to win against Chelsea in the 32nd match, because the last 5 matches against Chelsea in the Premier League have always ended in a draw.

Fingers crossed for an unlikely Chelsea win tonight at Man Utd to keep LFC’s anorexic CL qualification hopes alive. A draw for Man Utd confirms their place in next seasons CL. I actually think they’ll win, Chelsea are terrible, one of the biggest failures of the season when you consider what they have spent on players.

Chelsea have so far been unlucky in their attempts to score goals. I think Chelsea created some good chances but their finishing was not very convincing. Conor Gallagher had a chance a few minutes before half-time end, but he couldn't take his chance properly and that was quite disappointing.

Chelsea's game looks quite interesting in this match, but unfortunately they always struggle to score goals and always experience the same difficulty in many matches. The first half ended in a 2-0 win for Manchester United. Lampard looked like he couldn't believe what happened in the first half when they played as planned, but this is his responsibility as a coach.

Nothing but the truth Chelsea is in bad shape and it has seen them become very easy for any team to defeat them. Manchester United  getting a second goal when Chelsea is having more control of the game meas how much Chelsea needs a striker in the team but it's all over for the Chelsea team this season and is a huge win for Manchester United who has been booked to the Champions league for next season with a win or draw in this match. There's nothing stopping United again as they are already 2 points ahead of Newcastle in the third place while Liverpool will settle for Europa league next season.

A marvelous assist from Casemiro to Sancho who gave the pass Martial who confidently finished the ball to give Manchester united 2 goals in the first half. Chelsea performance was good but they lack luck and also scoring experience, this has been a major problem to Chelsea since the beginning of this season.

Manchester united presently is now in the third position on the league and this will be a good finish for Eric Hag if they can win the rest of their matches. From the look of things I don't think Chelsea will be able to win this match because if some striking challenges that they have. A good result for the red devils in the first half, they deserve it. I thought that when Chelsea was pressuring united that they will be able to score but united was able to put the pressure down.

Halftime and Chelsea are having it hot from Manchester United as they have made a weak attempt at reclaiming or equalizing the goals, I am sure by now the management of the club would have learned from their mistake of sacking their coaches whenever they failed to deliver winning for the club.
