West Ham have really been on an impressive rise at the start of this season. They were unbeaten in the first 4 matches where they only lost 2 points due to a draw against Bournemouth. David Moyes is responsible for the positive results obtained by West Ham in the last 4 matches, but this weekend he has to accept a tough challenge from defending champions Manchester City.

Manchester City has proven its quality as a team that is truly capable of maintaining consistent performance. I do not agree that the performance of WestHam United this season is better than that of last season. It is rather better to stay that West Ham has been consistent for the past three seasons.
If you remember last season West Ham also did very well in the European competition. And that is why they became the champions of the conference league and that automatically gave them the qualification to play in the Europa League for this season.
