It is quite unfortunate that Man Utd couldn't get that 3 points at Old Trafford, Erick Ten Hang is gradually starting to lack the ability to manage his men. It was not just an ordinary defeat but it was such an embarrassing one.

In the last match of Manchester United lost to Arsenal, Ten Hag blamed the match loss on VAR. Now they have a loss to Brighton, who will he blame this time for the match loss? Ten Hag should better change the football tactics of Manchester United because it is no more favorable for them. It is as if they more relax to give their opponent a tough marking.

I saw some games when he scored several goals and after the game he gave an interview and without making fun of the opponent by choosing fair and respectful words, he said that he made many mistakes and should have scored a few more goals that game. It also was authentic when he said it. Sometimes a player says it and you can see that there is some cockiness in those words. But not with this guy.

He had 35 goals last season and if he doesn't miss any games this season, no doubt he will break his own record. I am excited for the Champions League games as well because his record there is unbelievable. I think there never was a player who had as many games and a goal per game average of over 1.0. Chapeau!

I had no idea Manchester United would lose to Brighton at home by a score of 1-3. At the very least, I had a draw in mind for the outcome of the game. 
Manchester United haven't played well in their last two games, and they continue to play in a style that discourages me from picking them to finish on top of the Premier League table this season.

Manchester United's defeat against Brighton was very surprising, but actually their victory was also very doubtful. Manchester United is not in the best form after a storm of injuries and also several problems that befell its players. Ten Hag didn't find a solution to avoid home defeat against Brighton, so I think he is really under pressure right now.

On the other hand, Manchester City has clearly demonstrated that they are not willing to hand over control of the Premier League crown to any other team; they would rather win or draw than drop a point. 
After West Ham scored the first goal in the first half, which Manchester City later drew, I wasn't expecting Manchester City to come back with such a tremendous effort to draw before the end of the first half. Then, in the second half, they grabbed control of the ball and scored two more goals to make the final score 1-3.

Manchester City should have deserved to be ahead since the first half, but in reality they really had difficulty penetrating West Ham's tight defense until the first half ended. West Ham, who tend to defend, managed to break through Manchester City's goal first and they closed the first half with a 1-0 win.

The second half didn't last long before Jeremy Doku made Manchester City fans roar in the stadium, that was Doku's first goal in 2 matches with Manchester City this season. Bernardo Silva and Haaland then completed Manchester City's victory by scoring a goal each, and until the end of the match Manchester City led 1-3 over West Ham. 5 matches without defeat since the start of the season is impressive, so they deserve to lead the standings.

As long as Manchester United cannot improve their poor defense I think the competition in the group stage against Bayern will not be able to happen but I still feel that utilizing the 2nd place in the standings is still possible for Manchester United.
But the problem now is how Manchester United improve their performance now. Looking at the match against Brighton this time we seem to be able to judge that Manchester United's performance to this day is completely unpredictable and their defense to date is one of the worst defenses for the start of the EPL season so if they can't fix this I think the competition for the EPL and Champions League race is clearly impossible but if they can change completely on all fronts then for the Champions League group competition against Bayern is still open.

I think some teams have noticed that Chelsea have money to spend and are intentionally inflating the price of their players for Chelsea to buy them at that price. Chelsea have a problem internal problems with their team and instead of trying to fix it, they just keep throwing money to the problem hoping that it would somehow get fixed. Players like Mudryk and Caicedo shouldn't see a Chelsea shirt if it was the same management back in the day. Funny thing is Chelsea management don't learn from their mistake and just pour more money into the team. Players that can't coordinate together as a team. Waste of time, effort and resources.

Brighton are a big force this season, they play like a team here for the English premier league title. I must give it to them they have a great playing style and even if I would say they can still improve I will give them all their Respect defeating Manchester united at the old Trafford.

Also Tottenham Hotspur is another team I am very excited about now they are doing everything to secure the win, many people thought the team would fall after losing harry Kane but so far it's been good so far.

The Brighton are well organized and i am impressed with their performance today. They play the ball all in the front they dont have time to waste all they want is to see that rolling wheel in the net. Lol, this is a thrilling parlay when the favorite teams concede first, such as Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham scored in the last minute but in fact all these teams managed to win the match really unexpected. Today's game was really tough for Manchester United and is like the international break shouldn't have come to an end for some of the fans. Being a United fan is really worrisome but the fans won't admit it that they have a problem and it has been spotted in today's game.
Ten Hag was just having a bad day with the way Brighton players was running round the pitch, taking care of business and at some point I was thinking that it was Brighton who was Manchester United because they played very well and I could see the midfield of Man UTD being taken from the home team.
In that encounter I believe that a true UTD fan would tell that their problem is the midfield. Is not about signing players from different league is about making use of them getting that unity between the players in the locker room.

There's no way Manchester United will have a competition against the Bayern Munich team when nothing is working in the team, not just the defense what about the midfield, the attack and even the goal keeper?  do you see an improved team this season for me I think Manchester United is already out of the champions league this season because they aren't prepared for any competition with performance am seeing. Watching them play against Brighton today I saw a weak team and players who are tired already even before the game started so I wasn't expecting a win because it was a 3 point giveaway for the away team because their performance was better than that of United and judging from this, I think Ten hag needs to do a good job to restore the performance of his players otherwise United will end this season in the 10th position without having a trophy.

Never think it's done in English football. Even a 1-0 , 2-0 scoreline are hard to defend whether it be anyone. Glad to see Spurs able to pull off a comeback in the end. Spurs really did well in the end to score the goals they needed to take 3 points. That makes the #3 comeback this last game day.

An unexpected defeat certainly came to Manchester United today. Ten Hag had to accept defeat for the third time after previously losing to Tottenham and Arsenal. With that Manchester United are really in big trouble as it seems Ten Hag has lost a lot of control to get his team back in top form.

It's a new season for United but they really have gone inconsistent. I don't find the confidence they had last season. Brighton are a tough one to beat nowadays but United also should be able to pick up some close shots which I didn't saw in last game.

They have Burnley next in PL so should be able to win this easy fixture bu they also have CL fixture in between against Bayern.

At this point, I would say Manchester City are in for a long run of being undefeatable by any team for now. They have still demonstrated expertise and proved once more that they are the defending champions of the league and they are ready to retain the title for another season again. I was so much in doubtful of this match if Manchester City will win the match, I lost more hope for them after West Ham nets their first goal in the match. What a tremendous and plausible comeback and final defeat by Manchester City.

Pep Guardiola is really a great manager and has done an excellent work in building such a fantastic team that can’t be easily defeated in the premier league today. If Arsenal really wants to battle for this title this season with Manchester City, they’ll have to double their efforts and try to keep up and not leave a big margin of points between them. I look forward to their performance in the Champions League by next week when the league will commence.

So they only focus on their credibility last season. Meanwhile, this season, their performance has dropped drastically. the defeat against Brighton this time could be said to be a crushing defeat. Not only did they lose at home, but they lost 1 - 3 to Brighton. Even though they are not just an ordinary team. They are Man United. Of course Manchester United performance is decrease worse if we look at their final results in the last two matches. I don't expect them to be satisfied with their performance last season in making it back to the Champions League and Erik Ten Hag performance was highly praised last season. Their unstable performance looks bad enough to be able to compete with other big teams this season. Manchester united defeated in Old Trafford. Erik Ten Hag was frustrated and confused with his line-up, starting and making wrong changes in the game made them concede 3 goals. All United players was relenting, not able to create scoring opportunities and the ones they had they easily throw it away. Talking about missed chances, I will point out Marcus Rashford who had good opportunities and failed to net any goal in both halves. Always making his silly long runups that have zero contributions to the frontlines, although I was pleased with Rasmus Højlund performance, working smooth with Rashford who was described as a stingy frontline. We should give them time to fixed their mistakes and weaknesses.

I'm thinking maybe De Gea, Maguire and Ronaldo weren't the only problems for Man United last season, the whole team seemed to forget to defend and finish. They forgot how to win, and Rashford really angered me with his selfishness and greed in playing as if they didn't have a striker. When he played as a striker, he didn't know how to be a striker. When he was on LW, he was crazy about dribbling the ball all the way off the line rather than passing early to Hojlund.

Apart from that, I see Brighton's tactics as very appropriate. They know that Man United's wingers and wingers are tired, injured or fired. They kept the ball to the wings because they had more speed than Man United, and they knew Man United's midfield defense was slow without Amrabat.
