I'm not seeing any spectacular about Manchester City performance today, they are playing as if they are fatigued. If they continue this way, Nottingham Forest will get an equalizer and put them in tight corner as regards the trophy. Now I see why the bookies gave the match over 2.5 goal as big as 1.56 odds whereas Bournemouth against Brighton the same option was given 1.44 odds. I guess I fell for trap of thinking that Manchester City will score many goals today, the reason I played them on goals. If Manchester City cannot score more goals then it will be my please to see Nottingham Forest score to make the league interesting.

This is the kind of performance we have come to expect from Manchester City players. City players performed well and won the match 2-0. The first goal was scored by defender Gvardiol and the second goal was scored by Haaland.



However, in today's home match, Nottingham Forest's players have managed to perform well. Nottingham Forest players did not play defensively in the home match. Despite having only 33% of the ball possession, Nottingham Forest's players did a lot of attacking in this match. A total of 14 shots were made by the players of Nottingham Forest. On the other hand, Manchester City players made 11 shots. Although City's players attacked relatively less, City's every attack was strong. Nottingham Forest's players would have conceded a few more goals in this match if Nottingham's defenders and goalkeepers had not performed well.

Congratulations on the victory. It was a reasonable bet since the advantage in power is too great and if you bet on a simple victory for City, the odds will be too small. As expected, the game was dominated by City and I would say that the score of 2-0 does not quite reflect their advantage, however, I am sure that at any moment they could improve if the need arose.

I agree that Tottenham wished they had played confidently right from the beginning and not the tail end of the game but the thing with them is they don't really know how to take games serious. Honestly, I was not expecting Manchester City to struggle to win the game against a team like Nottingham Forest; I was thinking that Manchester City would find the match so easy and win with many goals. Manchester City really performed below my expectations. At this moment, it was not a team like Nottingham Forest that I was expecting to play a play a tough match against Manchester City. But in the preseason, I think they found the match tough because maybe they underestimated them because even Haaland did not start the match.

It was really a good performance by arsenal today, although I didn't expect them to win Tottenham but rather I secoetee the match to end in a draw or home win, most times we shouldnt consider the team that is in their peak at the moment, we should know what a possible outcome could be once some team meets each other, if not that totenham first goal was canceled I think their would have been a difference in their game today despite how aggressive Arsenal was at that game, they couldn't still win the match confidently, though they won but who knows what would have happened if they minutes in the match was extended, arsenal should improve in winning a match conveniently, they should avoid die minute panic, they deserve wining this match but the team has do more next time.

The match finished 2-0. Actually, I was expecting over 2.5 goals, but I was wrong in my thought. Good thing I didn't bet. If I had placed a bet, I would have placed a bet that I would have lost in vain. I see City, which is currently in second place despite its missing matches, as the team that will become champions. Yes, it must be admitted that Arsenal's performance was very impressive in the first half but unfortunately Tottenham didn't have enough time to catch up and if Tottenham had enough time maybe we would see different results. Manchester City underrated this match, they did not played with their full squad thinking of their next Premier League match against Wolves because they are expecting the match to be a tough one because Wolves defeated Manchester City in their first leg match.
Pep started the match with Grealish and benched Foden, and he also benched Haaland until second half when he sees too much pressure coming from the Nottingham forest side.

Manchester city have recieve so much pressure from Nottingham they only get narrow escape and win the match against Nottingham if not the game was not easy for them. I totally agree that Liverpool this year is like Arsenal last year. Liverpool are a great team, but they have dropped points in big surprises lately. Arsenal, on the other hand, is in a better situation this year. They are competing for the championship with Manchester City and I think they will finish the league in second place, but they are still trying to stay in the race for the championship. All 3 teams were eliminated in Europe, but the Premier League race gives me more pleasure right now.

I've watched Manchester City play against smaller English Premier League clubs this season and how they were ruthless but that wasn't the case in the game against Nottingham Forest today. The home team did not allow Manchester City to convert most of their chances even when the visitors controlled the most part of the game. Pep Guardiola needed all three points from the game and would be very happy that his boys were able to help him achieve his aim in the game. Manchester City are now just one point behind league leaders Arsenal having played one game lesser than the Gunners and would win the league if they can win all their remaining league fixtures.

Tottenham conceded so much goals in the first half of the match which really affected them, Tottenham performance wasn’t really bad in the second half of the match, their poor performance in the first half of the match cost them to lose today. The second half of the match wasn’t really a easy one for Arsenal, but at least they were able to get 3 points in the match, all what Arsenal fans should be praying for is Manchester City to lose point, and Arsenal should also try to win all the matches they are having left to be played.
