Been a CEO of a club doesn't mean you get to decide every situation of the club, I think some decisions that are been made from the club comes from the management board and it's what the majority voted for they all have to agreed and if there is a motion that says Pochettino must go, there is nothing that is going to stop it from happening which has been decided and now something of the past, my only fear is if Enzo Maresca doesn't even come close to what Pochettino did and there is going to be tension if that happens.

Yes, the management should be making decision on who to sack and who to stay in the club, but since Tad Boholy take over Chelsea ownership, they don't want to believe in any long process, which is why they have changed managers several times; it generally means that they want quick action since they spent a lot of money. Lack of patience is majorly affecting team management, which is why they are making decisions of changing managers on time.

Pochettino didn't do well if we are been honest, you can't have a poor beginning of the season and then because you think you were able to turn things around you deserve a second chance, what happen to the days you couldn't win important matches? How is going to cope with the new season if performance of other teams improved more the previous season. The sack is for the interest of everyone and I hope it work well for Chelsea this season to atleast test Champions League next season.

Do you expect Pochettino to solve Chelsea's squad problem in his first season? It can't be, unless you're lucky, but given the kind of poor performance the team suffered in the previous season under some managers, it will be difficult for him to achieve success in his first season; But I think the management decided to sack him since he has been in the Premier League for a long time without a trophy. I don't think PSG is having financial difficulties. They will be willing to pay for Osimhen, especially considering how high the contract they gave to Mbappe was. PSG needs a player like Osimhen. That's why they might pay 100 million Euros to transfer him.

Paying whatever amount it is that is required of them to get osimhen isn't the problem for PSG at the moment, what seems to be going on is in the fact that they are yet to approach him and there's no official statements of them been in talks with him which makes it clear they they may not be interested at this time in a seal with him but maybe subsequently they will but in the mean time they don't appear to be just yet, I believe that osimhen as a good player that he is will eventually get somewhere outside napoil if he's very keen on leaving the team for another this period.

A striker is a very key and important role that PSG needed at this time, having osimhen as their player will mean a whole lot and is going to be of great help to them and also serve as a relieve from the search for a new striker to replace that which they have lost but for now they are yet to make the moves I personally will even advice if osimhen sees a better option, he should let go of PsG as that wouldn't be a good enough place for him to be able to develop further and advance his skill in his career so he needs to go to a better place where he's going to get that exposure that will further help him grow his career beyond the point where it currently is.

The erratic management of Todd Boehly at Chelsea has just been shown through the dismissal of coach Mauricio Pochettino. This unexpected decision is considered crazy by many, because it weakens, if not destroys, Chelsea's long-term plans. Even though Chelsea showed signs of improvement at the end of the season to finish the 2023/2024 Premier League in 6th place, that still did not meet the requirements set by Todd Boehly. Todd Boehly lacks trust and patience in finding a coach to create matching pieces, perfect in every aspect. Time is an important factor to make this successful, but Todd Boehly did not give Mauricio Pochettino any more time.

But the reality is, if Chelsea are successful next season, Pochettino will deserve some of the credit for turning a loose collection of players into a team that is slowly getting on track. I just don't know if the new coach will follow that style of play, or if he will start from scratch and make things more complicated.

That we could agree on @Pochettino not to have been some of the league’s finest before the Chelsea job but somehow, managed to get a deal and didn’t do good with it. He might have come to some good in the least games and managed to get the team into a top 6 but, it wasn’t enough to help him keep the job.

Chelsea might have got whom we might regard for a good coach right now but all that would come in based on how his able to transform this team to winning ways. A lot need to be done on the players and getting them to play as a team.

Cheating Manchester City… well we could say that but then, we can’t neglect the brilliance in the team, they are just good at winning when they want to and with a manager like Pep, it’s hard not to want to.
I wouldn’t measure Arsenal with either of those teams, Chelsea and Liverpool. Arsenal is just way up the scale.

Though Todd is now attempting to sign Nico Williams from Bilbao as a new player for Chelsea, small adjustments are still feasible. Chelsea has to make a few adjustments to their attacking and defensive lines. Chelsea still needs one or two more players; since Silva left the team, Chelsea will also miss another back, such as Levy Colwill, who has indicated an interest in joining Bayern Munich, and the Blues have to make some plans for this. I think they are just being more careful not to make mistakes like the last 2 seasons especially in bringing in players or spending money, we know that in the last 2 seasons Chelsea has been the club that has spent the most budget but the results were not as expected Chelsea even dropped out of the top 4 of the standings well, this is what we are trying to avoid next season because a most budget does not guarantee their performance will be better.

I heard that Chelsea is planning to bring in several new players but the budget is not taken from the club's finances but income from releasing several players such as Lukaku and several other players, rumors are that Chelsea will release more players in this transfer window and at least 7 players are on the release list Romelu Lukaku, Maatsen, Cucurella and more.

This cannot be denied at this time because the result of the fierce competition and pressure seen in the Premier League itself has made the audience prefer the Premier League over other leagues even though the other leagues are not as bad as Serie A and La Liga. Its normally, when spending much money and signing any top players with current transfer fees above 100 million the Chelsea owner needed instant achievement keep in the Premier League tittle race or Chelsea must finish on top fourth standings place.
Difference if any owner lack spending money for signing top players and actually need progress waiting good achievement for several years later and Todd Boehly won't its.

Chelsea's signed some players above 100 million euro from Enzo Fernandez, Moisés Caicedo and Mykhailo Mudryk but Pochettino failed get their top level performance and Chelsea have finish outside of Champion League spot standings. But get negative impact when sacking manager every season and players will need adapt new tactician under difference manager from Pochettino era to Enzo Maresca era.
Not guarantee with the Chelsea new manager have existing with his position if get failure bring the Blues reach the top fourth standings position behind the interested of Todd Boehly want to get instants achievement.

All coaches need process to be able to show maximum performance and have great achievements with the team they have just trained, I also have doubts that Enzo Maresca can perform optimally in his first season.
Even big team, if they experience change of coach, must start with adaptation and use at least one season as the beginning of conditioning to different style of play or playing strategy than before.
If Enzo Maresca fails in his first season and he is sacked then clearly this is Todd Boehly umpteenth ambiguous decision and this is decision that always makes Chelsea weak and unable to have stable performance.

I wonder why Todd Boehly and some Chelsea fans want such big achievement in just short time, they should be able to look at some other team and take that into consideration.

Gunners made a massive progress and anybody who doesn't see that must be biased and sentimental. All they need do this upcoming season is just to clinch the Premier League Competition so all of the haters and critics can finally shut the f#ck up completely. We will see what improvements and positions they want to leave and want to add up.
Most importantly, that of the central forward has been most talked about and if they don't fix things up before the premier league kicks off, there'll be problem for them.

One of the reasons Pep Guardiola successfully do this thing is because of how ruthless he has been with his decisons. I'm nevertheless still picking gunners as my first choice to win the Premier League Competition next season.
