It’s weird and proves that Ten Hag has not been doing a great job with the team, the level of inconsistency is just too high, training pattern is definitely poor or not good for the caliber of players they have. Some might think that winning the FA Cup will prove that Ten Hag  is worthy enough but i will disagree because a team that cannot win small and average teams is not showing any signs of improvement at all.

Ten Hag needs to ensure the same situation will not happen again. He needs to recruit non-injury-prone talent. In conclusion, a revamp is needed for Manchester United to replace all of their injury-prone players.

Everyone involved in the team has their own responsibility for United performance last season, the bigger spotlight is on Ten Hag because he is the person who has a bigger role in the team. I don't think it's necessary anymore to blame Ten Hag for the setback experienced by The Red Devils last season, where club officials have now forgiven all of Ten Hag sins, and still want to keep him for next season.

A team consistency is directly related to the availability of players in the squad, United experienced a series of injuries which made them experience significant ups and downs in performance. Luckily, Ten Hag managed to lead United to the FA Cup trophy. I think if The Red Devils end the season without a trophy, Ten Hag will most likely not be retained.

It is fitting for Ten Hag to recruit players who have been tested and experienced, so that their adaptation process can proceed quickly, unlike last season, their new recruits were hot late. Meanwhile, I think Ten Hag will continue to receive full support from club officials in the transfer window, their defense is a priority that must be improved.

There's no doubt that everyone at Manchester United including the club players have their own sheer responsibility in Manchester United's poor performances of last season but we can't shy away from the fact that the it is the club's manager that should take most of the blames because it's his responsibility to make sure that the team succeeds. This shouldn't have been a deal the Blues are suppose to be happy to get to be honest with you, I don't think Chelsea need any more players because they have all it takes to be stronger again, they get in players but yet to let go off some players is a problem. To me I'd say get a good striker to get them goals because without lots of goals you're winning nothing, make Jackson competen for his position as a striker and sell some players like 2-3 players who haven't been active at the club, not getting more players to confuse the manager, signing teenagers who lack experience all in the name of building the team isn't the solution to their problem.

In addition, if Chelsea wants to build a team, they don't have to depend just on young players, however, they should strengthen their squad with experienced players to be serious with their performance. Chelsea did not have a striker last season, so they used Jackson. Though Jackson is not a bad player, he lost a lot of chances to score goals, if Chelsea had the best striker in the position, I believe he would convert the chances into goals. Chelsea needs to sign another striker since they did not agree to swap Lukaku with Osimehn.

Don't you ever know if Chelsea has been changing their philosophy under Todd Boehly? Chelsea is a team that develops young players, then sells them, and they are not the same as when they always try to compete as a title contender. That's why Chelsea recruited so many young talents, and because of that, their performance has been dropping so hard. 
Todd Boehly is not keen on acquiring an experienced player, and he used Chelsea as a way to generate money. This is his main priority. And for the last time, Chelsea never received a swap offer from Napoli.

From what you said about Chelsea do you think the owner have a clue of what he is doing? Let me remind you that without the fans the club is nothing and the management or should I say the owners of the club need to do something to make the fans happy because they are losing it, I mean the fans. You get more players and they play like amateur without any trophy or even competing for the title and also finishing outside the top 6 team on the log, you expect the fans to be calm and happy about it, no it can't happen.

If the management is able to release a good sum of money to the manager to buy players and in the other hand the manager managed to buy inconsistent players, it is no longer the management fault.

If the manager buy some players that he thinks are good players and on the players arriving to the club they begin to get injured and become inconsistent, it is not the manager's fault.

However, the scout department is not only supposed to look at the future of a particular player, there were supposed to look at the present situation and the fitness of such player before they could sign him. Yeah, club management has many reasons to keep Ten Hag one of them as you said, is the FA Cup trophy and perhaps they realize that the problem is not entirely with the coach, sometimes player factors also have a real impact. Frankly, I haven't followed closely what's going on within the United club lately. Last I heard, there was talk that Eric Tan Hag would leave the team, and I even knew he left. Last season wasn't actually a bad season, at least there was an FA cup won. I have looked at the transfers and rumored players and it looks like this season could be better for Manchester United and Eric Tan Hag.

Another thing, I don’t know if someone else has noticed this or not, but Chelsea has been choosing coaches that doesn’t make sense. They probably had a chance to get Zidane or Luis Enrique when they got Graham Potter. So that decision did not make much sense to me. And every coach that comes in the managerial position of Chelsea starts to spend money like crazy.

I guess they have to do that because they need their own players according to their own tactics. But the problem is sometimes those expensive players do not perform at all. I really thought that when the last coach, Pochettino, was bringing in good results they were going to give him more time. What’s the point if you keep changing the coach by not even giving him one year?

Meanwhile for Omari Kellyman, the deal has been fixed for signing Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa with a £19m deal..
That young Attacking Midfield is one of the great signings for Chelsea with a contract for the next 6 years.

And there is also the option to extend the year. Oh yes, Omari Kellyman will start training with his team-mates at Chelsea starting in pre-season which will be held next month. Now we just have to wait for other fantastic signings that can really strengthen the squad enough, so that it can be different from last season.

Looks like Chelsea and Aston Villa have a lot of interest in each other's players  .

Anyway, this 18 year old kid who looks really skinny, can be a great asset for Chelsea in the upcoming years as a midfielder. He has shown a really good performance in the Aston Villa U-21. He has seven goals in 12 matches in the premier league two and that is really good for a midfield player. His contribution to his team was also pretty decent. he does have a knack of picking up yellow cards from time to time , but not often though. But I think as time goes on, he will get more experienced and know better.

The Ten Hag spent a lot of money adding new players to the squad but failed to stabilize Manchester United's performance. The team was at the eighth place in the table. Manchester United may not have fired the Ten Hag to win the FA Cup, however. However, it is unlikely that Manchester United will be in the top four of the table next season.

However, during the season break and also this transfer window, Ten Hag is again doing the same thing where he is targeting several players who will be brought in to strengthen Manchester United next season and of course Manchester United will spend large amounts of money.

In the last two seasons we have seen Manchester United spend 96 million on Antony, and 75 million on Hojlund. And the performance of these two players did not go well with United. Ten Hag is heavily funded by Manchester United management. Ten Hag is adding players to the squad as per their choice. But these players are unable to adapt themselves to the gameplay of Manchester United. I would say this is Ten Hag's failure. He is unable to find suitable players for his squad.

This season too, Manchester United management is providing big funds to ten Hag to buy players. But I think Ten Hag will be a waste of money this season too. He can't find the right players for the squad. I would have been very happy if the Ten Hag had been sacked this season by the Manchester United management and a new experienced coach had been given the reins of the team.

Adding new players to the squad in preparation for the upcoming season isn't really a bad idea actually, because if you fail to strengthen your squad then you may have to face some difficulties during the football season because other managers would fortified theirs with new players so i think it is a step in the right direction for coach Ten hag but the question here is what kind of players is he looking forward to recruit before the season commences, the team is in dire need of great players that can scare opponents and also show character and professionalism when faced with great challenges.
