Frankly, I haven't followed closely what's going on within the United club lately. Last I heard, there was talk that Eric Tan Hag would leave the team, and I even knew he left. I have looked at the transfers and rumored players and it looks like this season could be better for Manchester United and Eric Tan Hag.

Personally, I think the problem is both and indeed yeah the coach is probably the main factor, when the new coach is unable to make all the players into a solid team then the results are not optimal. Apart from that, Chelsea management also has the same role in Chelsea's failures in the last few seasons, they are impatient and want to see instant results while sometimes coaches need more time to change the team for the better.

The biggest problem that I can see with Chelsea is that they are changing the coaches like they are changing pages on Calendar. lol.  Just give someone enough time at least. Another thing, I don’t know if someone else has noticed this or not, but Chelsea has been choosing coaches that doesn’t make sense. They probably had a chance to get Zidane or Luis Enrique when they got Graham Potter. So that decision did not make much sense to me. And every coach that comes in the managerial position of Chelsea starts to spend money like crazy.

I guess they have to do that because they need their own players according to their own tactics. But the problem is sometimes those expensive players do not perform at all. I really thought that when the last coach, Pochettino, was bringing in good results they were going to give him more time. What’s the point if you keep changing the coach by not even giving him one year?

Anyway, this 18 year old kid who looks really skinny, can be a great asset for Chelsea in the upcoming years as a midfielder. He has shown a really good performance in the Aston Villa U-21. He has seven goals in 12 matches in the premier league two and that is really good for a midfield player. His contribution to his team was also pretty decent. he does have a knack of picking up yellow cards from time to time , but not often though. But I think as time goes on, he will get more experienced and know better.

Adding new players to the squad in preparation for the upcoming season isn't really a bad idea actually, because if you fail to strengthen your squad then you may have to face some difficulties during the football season because other managers would fortified theirs with new players so i think it is a step in the right direction for coach Ten hag but the question here is what kind of players is he looking forward to recruit before the season commences, the team is in dire need of great players that can scare opponents and also show character and professionalism when faced with great challenges.

I've mentioned times without number that the problem with Chelsea lies on their coach, I feel like he lacked the ability to effectively manage the players at his disposal. I don't think it is true to say that Chelsea lacks the squad depth they require to challenge the status quo but lacks the ability for effective management of those players. We have the likes of Romelu Lukaku who haven't been used effectively yet a lot of money have been spent on his transfer and so on.

Any coach coming to manage Chelsea after what the management does to any coach that fails to meet their expectations should be aware that they’ll get a cask letter sooner than later. They are the type of team that wants quick result, so if you’re signing up as a manager for them, you should be ready to give them what they want in their first season, or get ready to lose your job anytime during the season. This mentality of Chelsea management needs to change because it’s killing young and potential players that suppose to be doing well as time passes on, but they’re stick to more and more repetitions and going back to what they’ve learned before.

Ten Hag has coach Antony in his former team, I'm wondering why the player is struggling to improve in the Premier League, is it because the league is more difficult than the Eredivisie? Take Onana for example, this goalkeeper was unable to save many goals, and Manchester United conceded many goals last season that they had never conceded before. To me isn't just more about signing in new skillful and experienced players into the team to step up their performance, To me,  it all about utilizing them for a positive results. Yeah, that's an excuse for him, he's got a lot of players and needs to try a lot of combinations. But I look at other coaches who come into the position and many of them manage to get the players to start winning.
