I think there will be quite an absolute difference next season, especially for the three teams you mentioned because Liverpool will be handled by a new coach and Arsenal will also have a much better effort than last season. They both have new coaches and that's the only similarity between them, whereas to appreciate the process Liverpool and Chelsea are very different. The case of Chelsea baffles me a lot back then when they sack almost three managers within two seasons which has affected the team’s performance despite the number of big players they have in the team.
