I think there will be quite an absolute difference next season, especially for the three teams you mentioned because Liverpool will be handled by a new coach and Arsenal will also have a much better effort than last season. So the competition may become fiercer for some teams and I am not sure that Liverpool can continue their much better performance than the previous season next season because teams like Manchester City can still maintain their performance next season with the ultimate goal of becoming champions again in the Premier League.

They both have new coaches and that's the only similarity between them, whereas to appreciate the process Liverpool and Chelsea are very different. In the last 2 seasons alone, how many times has Chelsea changed their coach? at least they changed coaches 5 times. The issue of changing coaches by big teams do happen most times and after a while, it is all becoming history once the player get used to the new coach.
The case of Chelsea baffles me a lot back then when they sack almost three managers within two seasons which has affected the team’s performance despite the number of big players they have in the team.
Nonetheless, Liverpool is not a problem for now because I am sure Slot will find his way through since the team didn’t have players issues like Ghelsea, unless if some players leave.
