Management governance and ways of making the right decisions will be one step ahead compared to other teams. They spent £1,500,000,000 on supposed top players who mostly turned out to be crap, overrated players and finished 6th. Spending money on more players isn't what they need. They need a good coach who can get the best out of what they already have.
