Winning some minor trophy to make him feel like this is obviously not good. If he is this cocky with just these, imagine what would happen if he ever won anything bigger? This dude has been terrible, not just on the field, but whenever he speaks, he has been terrible as well. He doesn't shy away from throwing players under the bus, he has been prompting himself up at any chance, and he has been acting as if he is the greatest manager in the world.

It's a shame that United decided to continue with him, the issue is that not only he will not bring any glory, we know he will suck, he did that already, finished with a United record low levels, but also, he will make the team players feel uncomfortable as well.

If United wants to have a good future, they must have a manager that goes along with players, not someone who sucks and keeps doing these mistakes and keep saying things that will upset the players. That doesn't make sense, for a rebuilding team, you need a manager who will keep the players happy, and get alone with them, befriend them, and try to make them better. Not someone who will fire a player just because the player disagreed with him, or think having under 2.00 averages is fine.

Ten Hag cannot be compared with Guardiola, in terms of baldness, Guardiola's head is cleaner and smoother than Ten Hag, in terms of ability to handle a team, Guardiola is much more experienced and accomplished with the club he handles. What does he want to brag about? What has he achieved that he want to brag about actually, i have not noticed anything different since his arrival other than the team performance becoming more and more unstable with time. Both the fans and management are not convinced with his work so far so I don’t think he has anything to brag about, winning two trophies is good but the overall performance is not so good, the team lacks consistency so how is he even able to compare himself with the likes of Guardiola. He still not up to the level he thinks of himself yet, if he is able to take United back to their glory days then maybe he might get close.

But at least Erik Ten Hag has indeed proven that his arrival in the first season at Man United brought quite good results at that time. Because in the season before Ten Hag's arrival, we know that Man United could only get 6th place in the 2022 Premier League standings. To be honest, I'm not too interested in comparing coaches. For me personally, Pep Guardiola is a coach who has many ways regarding his strategy and system. he is a unique coach, tough and has an impressive record. while Ten Hag, a coach who both promotes modern football. The difference is, he often plays a quick one or two touch game. plus, has quite effective counterattack tactics. he is quite strict and disciplined. Regarding achievements, it is clear that we know very well that Pep is much better. It's just that Ten Hag doesn't have many opportunities to coach elite clubs. his presence with United, the club and the team are not in much better condition than before. In fact, The Red Devils had minimal titles at that time. I can't compare the two, because these two trainers have different characteristics. I don't think the Manchester United club will enjoy using the manager in the next season due to his high degree of inconsistency in carrying the players to achieve their full performance. Ten Hag is a good coach and have the ability to win big matches and contest in far-reaching competitions but his problem remains his inability to manage little internal crisis between players and him.

Two trophies in two seasons is a good record but the poor performance of the club due to injuries was what will make his achievements look like it was a luck because his team were not in their best form last season and they were unable to qualify for UCL next season.

Nothing special but I would love to see my favorite team's performance and improvement before the Premier League starts officially kicking off with the first game in August. One importance of the pre-season matches I know is that they help to access new players that was bought to the team. How they can pair such players with others at a particular wing and also it helps in seeing how good the player is when it comes to teamwork and role-play. Yes Manchester United have definitely not been the club they use to me be since the departure of the legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson, so this doesn’t have anything to do with Erik Ten Hag alone. In the past two years that he is been year I think the first year on United perspective was a successful with the club going back to the elite competition which is the champions league and then the second season which was last season was definitely not the best of Seasons but he still manages to cough out a trophy.
