I am also seeing some contradicting comments from those bloggers. And they is no official announcement on this issue except those bloggers and social media platforms. Some are saying that Osimhen is yet to accept the deal while some already confirmed that he has been transferred to Chelsea but the information is not really clear for public consumption yet until we got an official announcement on the transfer. This week and next week will be the last week for the transfer. So something or result must come out.

The deal hasn't been stable and I doubt if both the players and the club Napoli have come to an understanding because Osimhen wants to leave but where should he go is the problem, Chelsea isn't ready to even strike a deal and get his signature meanwhile they need an active striker not the kind of Jackson who likes parading around missing chances. To me I'd say they should go all out on Osimhen to join the club after all the money have to speak better. PSG are not even sure if the want Osimhen in the club talk less of having him as a replacement for Mbappe.  Victor Osimhen isn't a bad striker but they can't decide if he should come and take that full responsibility Mbappe left before joining Madrid, the money is not the problem for PSG they are not sure if they want him or not, I can't wait for this deal to be concluded ones and for all.

Last season Chelsea finished 6th, the season before last 12th. If you look deeper, they have been far from fighting for the title for a long time and their ceiling is getting into the top 4. Arsenal did pretty well in the last year and the year before but they can't stand up to the last games of each season..
The problem is partially few mistakes that cost gunners a lot at the end and partially due to Manchester City being very good since years.
I voted for Manchester City as usual every year and I expect them to keep a good level. I wish good luck for gunners and I think they will stay in top positions.

I also fear for lingering transfer deal that is taking too much time, in the end, they don’t always work out. Osimhen is clearly not a favourite choice for Napoli against the next season but they’re making it difficult for any club to come for him. Even with the swap deal rumoured to take place between Chelsea’s Lukaku and Napoli’s Osimhen, the price tag on Osimhen can still make it not work out because Napoli are looking not to pay much to Chelsea and get Lukaku in their squad.

The case of Arsenal is a controversial one and that is why he’s saying Arsenal cannot win the premier league title next season and it will still go to Manchester City. I don't think Osimhen decision really matter here. The only club that is fighting to have him right now is PSG and Napoli doesn't even want to have anything to do with him but the offer presented to Napoli table isn't big in their eyes that's why deal seems to be shaking but I'm very optimistic about his move from Napoli this season, if they want him to remain in the club, his presence will be there in some of their recent matches but he wasn't given a chance.

Osimhen could stay or go to one of the teams you mentioned as long as the transfer market is still open. Chelsea and PSG have certainly shown interest in the player, it just depends on the decision of the player and Napoli. It might not be good news for Napoli if Osimhen really wants to leave, but Napoli can buy two other players with the money from the sale of Osimhen.

Usually a team like Napoli will not refuse a big offer for one of their players for business reasons, but they need to consider the coach's needs if the tactician really wants to keep Osimhen in his squad next season. I agree, the rumors about Osimhen are not necessarily certain.

This is a good deal for Arsenal. This will give us more options in the midfield, we can give some players brake when they need and the signings also give us more squad depth against injuries because Premier League is hard to play and if injuries starts some teams without squad depth do suffer it.

Merino and Calafiori will quickly adapts to the game style of Gunners, I'm sure about that because they look happy and ready for the tasks ahead. I have not seen Arsenal have a front line that is feared by all opponents, and until now Arsenal has not found a solution. Yes, Arsenal played well in the previous two seasons but in the end they failed to become champions. The fans were very disappointed but also happy because step by step they were progressing in terms of the game they played.
This season several new players will certainly be brought in and one of them who has recently been successfully recruited is Riccardo Calafiori to strengthen the defense line. The reason why I am certain that Arsenal will not win the league next season is because they have the same manager who made the mistake for two good seasons as their current manager and they still have the same players that made the mistakes as the players that will lead their attacks and defense next season, what level of improvement has the team gotten right now that made you to believe that not winning the league for two seasons can actually make them to win the league this season, personally I think Arsenal needs to stop bringing in average players in the team if they need to win the league because right now, the team will always find it difficult if Saka is not feet you can prove me wrong if you think they have a replacement for him.

Saying that Erik Ten Hag is careless wouldn't be a bad one because he should have known much better having been in charge of the team all through last season and this is going to be his third season, he should know how well to keep his main stay player just like as seen with Madrid, he knew this was just a pre season game that has got almost no importance to the team and so he kept his main players preserved meanwhile ten hag didn't want to lose the game despite the less importance and that has led to this which he's going to suffer into the main league games.

Sadly, they've now lost two players to injuries before the start of next season again and that I think will be a huge blow to the club preparations for next season. I don't want to believe that it is the club manager's selections in the games that caused the injury because of we can remember, Leny Yoro recently signed for the club and needed to play in the preseason games in other to blend well with the team's style of play while Rasmus Hojlund enjoyed a long holiday and also needed to get back to full fitness by playing in the team's preseason games. Hopefully, the club manager finds a good tactical plan that'll help the team start the season on a good note till when the injured players returns back to full fitness

I know we can't be sure about the erformacen of Manchester United just because of wining in one friendly match but they recnetly had good performacen against Real Betis nad they womnthe game with a 3-2 resuolt agaginst Betis.
Real Betis socred fifrst goal 15 miutes aftert the starts of the game but Manchester United had amaing come bacl nad a few monutes after that, Manchester United scored 3 goals to make the game 3-1 nut Real Betis didn't end  the game with that resuolt and they made in 3-2.
