The injured players was the excuse that Ten Hag used to prove that it was not his fault for the club poor performance last season and he was able to use just one match to convince united management on what he said by winning FA Cup finals which made Manchester united to consider him worthy of giving another chance.

Chelsea manager needs to put much efforts the team if he really wants the team to be part of the successful clubs next season, because the way I’m seeing Chelsea performance since from last two season that’s how I’m still seeing them up to today there’s nothing changed, but let wait and see either this coming season will be there fervor.

I don't think Manchester united management is ready to fire Ten Hang because there is no perfect time to fire him than at the end of last season when clubs who were not satisfied with their couch fire them. Everyone expected to wake up to the news of Ten Hang sack but were all shocked hearing that he will continue as the head couch. He has a very good relationship with the management crew and that's what is keeping him. I quite agree that they have players who have potential but then injury is giving them tough time and Ten Hang on the other hand doesn't know how to make good use of the available ones with his preference and selection.

That's why I say Manchester United must reorganize its organization. The reason is that currently Manchester United is in a slightly chaotic situation. Because if you think about it, Ten Hag clearly hasn't brought good progress to Manchester United. However, the Manchester United team or management still maintains Ten Hag in the coaching chair, so this shows that the organizational condition at Manchester United is currently not good. Perhaps the strongest reason Ten Hag was given the opportunity by Manchester United was because Ten Hag succeeded in bringing Manchester United to win the FA Cup this season. However, in my opinion, this is not enough of a consideration to retain Ten Hag. Because in essence Manchester United fans want a more prestigious trophy, such as the Premier League or UCL trophy.

Problems with Manchester United were never down to just the coach, but for the past 4-5 years, everyone kept blaming the coach, not anything else. It started with club legend Ole, and it kept on going. When Ralf Rangnick took charge, he addressed a lot of problems, but the board found him problematic. But it's true that he was right.

On the other hand, Erik Ten Hag is a tactical coach. He really knows how to set up a team and beat them with tactics. He's been unlucky with injuries, and this is something we can't blame him for. He's been decent throughout his time, apart from the injuries his team went through. But yes, the standard is much higher, and I have a strong feeling they can turn it around this season.

That's not right at all to blame the coach for everything because to achieve the success you need to have everything you need like a player and good management also the coach is effective but that's not everything.
They blame the coach for everything in Manchester United while now Ten Hag is not guilty of all the bad results they got however he was effective in these games the had.
