I agree with you. I also favor Liverpool to win the match. Even with a new coach, I see Liverpool can still play like in the Klopp era. They are very solid and are one of the title contenders. After winning their first match, they lost surprisingly to Brighton. I think the match will be a draw. This shows that Manchester United still have problems in their defense. Well, I'll say that most of you football fans do not know about the rivalry between Manchester United and Liverpool. I don't lie when I say that they have a great rivalry with Liverpool. Very disappointed how Southampton was goalless in the games against Newcastle and Forest. They had golden momentum after Newcastle's red card. But, they couldn't keep it until the end of the game. The same thing happened in the game against Forest. The wrong tactic hurt their attack.

It has been very depreciating performance for Southampton on this premier League that they have played two matches but could not record any win or draw  is actually a bad start for them because if there is a time they need to put more seriousness on there performance this is of course the best moment to do that but I'm surprise they are not putting any effort at all, however the disappointing part of it is that they have even played more better than the both clubs especially there match against Nottingham Forest because those that watch the match would understand that Southampton was supposed to win the game but they totally messed up there chances of obtaining the 3 points.

Is very unfortunate for Southampton that they failed to improve or make some changes on there attacking force before the season started because there attacking force is just the same as there previous season is not going to be easy on them this season and there next match will be against Brentford and the question remains that will they be able to win Brentford?, because already Brentford is much stronger than Southampton and they have also played two matches lose one and win one, so perhaps the possibility of Southampton wining them is very little because there would also be a home advantage for Brentford.

This is not the right time to praise the Arsenal coach Arteta because he doesn't deserve the praises yet untill he breaks the bearer in his team by bringing the trophy back to Arsenal this season, if he is able to challenge Manchester City from the beginning of the season till the end and maintain good performance and not get tired halfway to like the last two seasons that is when he will be seen as a coach who has understood the football business like Pep Guardiola. There is a little improvement in the Arsenal team and they have improved in their performance also but all this has been seen over the last two seasons and they still failed to win the league, until Arteta is able to make the Arsenal team to take every game with all seriousness and the three points as the major target then I don't see them getting the opportunity to win the league.

That is Arsenal's main problem, they usually fail at the end of the season almost two seasons now that they have failed to defeat Manchester City to achieve the league trophy, but I think they should correct their mistakes Arteta will try his best and control the winning thing they achieve the trophy because I see that if Arsenal didn't get the chance to defeat Manchester City this season and win the trophy, I don't think Arsenal will win the Premier League anymore, expect Guadiola have leave the club. The last season and the second to the last season were unfortunate seasons for Arsenal as English Premier League is becoming non competitive as Manchester City is winning the league almost all seasons since 10 or more years ago. Let us see what would happen this season but I do not have confidence on Arsenal just like before. Manchester City and Liverpool are playing very good games. We should also consider Brighton as it is playing good for now and the club won Manchester United. But I think Manchester City might win the league again as the club really understand what it takes to win English Premier League. What I will advice Arsenal to work towards is to find a way to win Manchester City if the club really want to win that league this season. Also Liverpool is there which is another obstacle.

I also think that City did not have the best season last year and this is what gave Arsenal the opportunity to follow City until the very last round. Your statement is on point, am having a rethink about arsenal based on their recent performance although we can't really judge now but looking at what the team is doing presently one will conclude that there are lot of improvement in the team and thats Arteta managerial skills in action, the team is really giving their fans impressive moment and I believe that with this kind of strength in them, there will likely be a great surprise from them this season.
It will be disastrous if the board decide to take any silly decision at this point because as it stands the team is rebuilding and there are no lapses for now, so I don't see any form of decision that does go with supporting the manager as good one, the board should understand that having a good team is not an easy thing, what they really need to be considering now is to put heads together with the manager to see how the present form of the team can be sustained any move aside that, may be regretted later.

I don't know why some people here are not happy seeing Chelsea fans smiling. Reading lots of posts here justifies how eager people are to see their downfall. Madueke scored against wolves and not a newly promoted club but you're calling wolves a weak team? Wolves that has been maintaining their top flight campaign in Premier league for several seasons is now being considered a weak team because they played against Chelsea. I know they have been struggling too since last season but they're a solid mid table team with strengths and are very competitive in the league. Chelsea overpowered them with a thunderstorm scoreline but it doesn't make them a weak team.

Chelsea played brilliantly against Wolverhampton and I don’t mind their fans celebrating their victory at all but I think it is too early to say that Chelsea is back. The league is just starting, if they are consistent with their current performance maybe then the fans can hope to see the club in the conversation for title contenders.

Arteta continues to try to improve the performance of the Arsenal squad little by little every season. And it seems like he continues to learn from every mistake he makes in every season. 2022-2023 season Arsenal lacks good second-string players. You are been biased for these statements you made about Arsenal, I think you have to keep sentiment aside and tell the truth because everyone has seen the changes Arteta has brought into the Arsenal squad. His effort towards winning the League in the last two season were recognised because the team stood out to outperform Manchester City, just that inexperience let them done to gave Manchester City the title.
Last season, it was due to lack of prolific striker; and even though no striker has been signed yet, I don't think Arsenal will lose some kind matches they lost season because one of them has been corrected already.

Nevertheless, you cannot desipute the fact that Arsenal have good creative midfielders, they have good squad depth and have signed good players that will help the team, the only problem now is a reliable striker because Gabriel Jesus is not reliable due to injury.

This is surprising because the last time I checked in the first half Chelsea was leading with one goal. That made me left watching the game with so much assurance that Chelsea would win the game. I didn't watch the match. But the match has now ended with Chelsea losing with a score of 2-1. So I feel that it is still difficult for us to trust Chelsea in the next week in the Premier League. What exactly Chelsea did in this game is playing with my comprehension because the more I try to understand it, the more its not making enough sense to me, this is a team they literally won with a good margin in the last game but here they are struggling with the same team to the point they lost the game against the team because they weren't capable enough to win this team in the second leg, they only had the advantage that they had a lot of home goal advantage that's keeping them ahead, else they would have lost terribly but on the aggregate they are still winning. This is a sign of another season of inconsistency for Chelsea as I don't see any better way to best describe the situation currently because like I said earlier it's not adding up enough to make sense to me sadly.

What you said is true, in the last two seasons Arsenal have always been good at the beginning but towards the end of the season they lost their performance so they couldn't be consistent. Of course this is one of the influences of mentality, but I think anything can happen in football. Arsenal is not a small team, they are also a big team, of course their mentality will be formed slowly from the experience of failure in the previous two seasons.
