Ya... It's still uncertain but I needed to be in the lab an hour ago, so if any of you lottery winners want to sell at 1000% profit let it be known that buy orders are filling up in the 0.003's & some of those are mine. Spread the love.

i hear that.  if anyone out there who bought at .001 is feeling like helping stoke new markets, consider selling into that $1 buy order on the c-cex USD market

I am glad so much of this went seemed to go to the strong hands.
I wish I had caught more.

UNO was on a good steady growth track before he splashed things up.

Put some aside, yes, but also think of using your good fortune to fuel the other UNO exchanges and alt markets. Lets build UNO with what the fleeing whale has left behind.

Well, I spent the last 48 hours being wrong.

Conservatively wrong.  When I don't understand, I pull back.

I was at least right in understanding that there was nothing rational happening.

Congrats to the people that cleaned up on this.

I did pick up about 400 at an average .004 after the tumble, so I got that going for me...

The obvious answer is that was all stolen funds through and through, the person doesn't care how much they dump for, they are exchanging money into other currencies. Stolen money. Stolen BTC, there's a lot of loot out there getting hacked lately.

You are right! We got some steady grow and bum stolen dumped coins. It is a problem with low liquidity coin and specially rare coin like uno. I think very soon - to 24 months Trex will follow Cryptsy destiny.  by hack or scam  Exchanges are real problem for us. We got no choice. Maybe they always going to dump on us stolen Uno? I got use to it.  Remember that No matter how good is all Exchanges they going down for shore! No exceptions. Trex is next. Cryptopia too..... Only we going to be here to collect their "stolen" coins. There is no rainbow and sunshine about this. I think with Uno we got chance to grow something very special. If not then no big deal..... we just going to burn money.
Looking at those 1kg. addresses. They are too many. For Shure those are solo mined coins! No history for those. Damn they just appear from nowhere and zero move man. What you guys think?..... Could be 20 solo miners ore 200 or 2000 miners,,,. there is endless list of small chunks kilo or les-that must be solo mined coins. I can not count all of them.. is it 20 tons or something?
One is for shure brothers - we going to have fun in the future!
Long term is the name of the game and when the others see opportunity in raising btc we see opportunity to collect and grow. From the others point we are creasy ...and I like it. We are all creasy individualists are we?
Price of unobtanium is no longer important for wolverines and Spartans the masters. Maybe the price of Un not going to move next 10y. or life time. So what- fuck it. I think the real fun is the game and process of collect this material. We are mostly collectors in this. Who dare to join this club? Its a Spartans fight club.

I'm saying yobit goes first, then bleutrade, then cryptopia, trex can run fractional reserve for a while before people notice.

Yes, they all go down one day.

Currently only yobit is noticeable on fractional reserve. Could be the others are still in good shape.

Bittrex response:

-----

Hi,

Without tracking information there is no way to tell good from bad on this issue.

Thank you,

Ryan

-----

I hope they at least checked for signs that would indicate if the account was somehow compromised. I think they were just saying that there's no way to tell if it's related to Cryptsy. I guess this is small potatoes for Bittrex, they move a lot of fundage.

Well, embrace the uncertainty.

NEW THEORY:

It is not related to Cryptsy, but BTC stolen from ShapeShift.  Fancy inefficient way to launder BTC, but breaks the ability to follow the laundry on a single blockchain...

Somebody else mentioned that DMD got dumped too yesterday.   If you look at the charts, DMD gut up dumped to the moon on exactly the same day as UNO.

Nat, why don't you email Ryan again and ask him to investigate if the same account did both of those things?  There's your tracking info.  Ryan can see where the BTC came from and will be able to link it to either the Shapeshift Thief or the Cryptsy Thief.

Now, I don't know the state of legal investigations on ShapeShift, because I don't care.  If there is one, Ryan can see if there is a court order to lock down the proceeds.  With Cryptsy, he's already got one.

There's no way to tell where the pump money came from. He did execute the initial pump like someone who knew what he was doing.  My guess is that this guy had a lot of BTC, maybe from the early days, and was just making his rounds. If he lost 50 BTC this time, he'll make 150 BTC next time.

He wasn't an idiot for buying into UNO. I think he just did it wrong, or had his reasons.  I see no evidence of anything stolen.
I would not be surprised if, after he takes care of his business, he comes back to finish his job. Some of the guys operate in a mental position of where they left their money, who owes them what. He learned something from all this about the players in Uno, and he might even come back to tray a different strategy again later.

I liked the pump from January 2015 which was long and slow.  Thats the way to do it in UNO.   Wolong's pump was also a good model.  The quick in, and quick out pumps just don't work well for Uno. It just redistributes the wealth back to the community (fine with me, by the way).

I don't depend on pumps, but I accept them as a fact of crypto life. I can't stop someone from dropping their BTC here.  It just becomes part of the game and we have to deal with. Pumps are disruptive to the markets and I would rather just see the natural steady growth built into UNO through low inflation.

What best way to work Uno imo is patience.   Buy & hodl has taken me up Mount Uno several times now.

We have just absorbed 6400 Un in only a few days.   At these prices Un is severely undervalued over the long term, considering the low inflation and all the hardcore hodling. It also looks like a lot of Un (couple of tons at least) went off the books after that dump, probably to the hodl wallets. I think the people who caught most of this dump are the long term core community members.

I see no reason why the turtle should not begins its crawl up the mountain today.

Crap theory. People use LTC, XRP, ETH, etc for that not some small cap.

Uno bagholder thread is always entertaining to read. Almost as entertaining as reading Agatha Christie.

+1 , except there are no 'bagholders' in that sense

About detective work: Vern had a motive, he wanted to get a good price for his 15k so he tried driving up price. The 15k were taken from him after the pump. When the spike occured he still had his 15k and was most likely planning on dumping them. Once he deposited the cryptsy coldstore to bittrex things went out of hand for him. Market wasn't fooled and people started shorting the market when the 15k became visible, putting him in a tough spot. In the end he dumped low because he understood he would have to wait for too long and he prefered exiting with little instead of risking loosing his second account too, which could easily happen any hour now. Just follow the DMD on the DMD-chain to prove the second account was his too. He also gave away his btc-adresses to bittrex and if the court really wants to fuck him up they could see if they can link his btc adresses to a BTC/USD-exchange; that's where they could catch him with smoking gun. Probably he uses BTC/CNY though. I'd try btcchina, huobi and especially OKcoin.

Better run, Vern, you're toast.

Are there people here holding bags?

I am up 1000's of percent since January 2013 in UNO alone.

And I missed the dump yesterday.  First time I have missed a profit here--and that, as I very transparently explained, because I got spooked by the irrationality of the tape.

If I don't understand, I call in the chips and regroup.  When the market is rational, I can read it and be bold or patient.  When a wingnut walks in, I can feel it and get spooked and hide out.

But I am still up huge.  Like to the point it could go to 0 and I am still up 7.5 BTC.

You are delusional or a shit trader Maxsinner.  Or just jello.

no-one seems to notice or give a shit

Or they just falsely assume nothing could be done anyways?

Funny in all this is how Vern makes the law-enforcers look really, really helpless.
Has Sallah managed to contact IBM yet or does he need this shit spoonfed?
Vern took all the funds from him due to incompetence on his side. Noobs.

Anyways, great movie with lots of popcorn for us from here on out.  Everyone grab a box:
