Unobtanium is one of the top fair crypto materials ever created. Uno is so pure by nature that is immune for bullshit and manipulation. All kind of traders are free to come to this material - /the good the bad and the evil one/ But we all know at the end of the day Unobtanium fairness, fundament and uniqueness will by untouchable.

2 problems:

1) You seem to be thinking of URO (fertilizer, Indian, etc.) Edit: You also mentioned pumping in Summer 2014, which is when URO's largest pump occurred, UNO's was in February 2014. So you're almost certainly in the wrong thread.

2) Even if you are actually talking about UNO, merge mining was already implemented quite some time ago (RE; "should it ever be introduced").

Right, I was talking about URO. As Im a stock trader, I gave up recognizing altcoin tickers. This shit has been a waste of my precious time for a long time. Yup URO was a scam by androgyne indian dude with dual citizenship. Photos presented in the corresponding dox thread clearly evidenced that he ran that fraud from australian bar, not knowing anything about fertilization, economics and assorted goodies. URO was the first scam introducing a peg to real commodity. UNO is a different story.. I played arb between mintpal and pre-crash bter in 2014. When I closed my last position in UNO two years back, there were over 110K accounts on the network holding tokens. 90% of alts should take an extra turn before they can compete with UNO in terms of fairness of distribution.

@Logictense, you're always welcome here to talk about UNO, or even to bitch about URO.  

To back up its value, UNO doesn't have cow piss, or fake metal holdings, or fake future value priced in for the day that someone does x, y, or z. It is what it is.  It's a fast, fair,  rare, merged mined, fair launch, low inflation, high hash blockchain commodity now into it's 4th year. And it will pay miners for the next 3 centuries.

We kinda like it.

I keep getting jerked around on the web site chat room.   The first one (Barc.com) shut down. The most recently one suddenly demanded money from me.  For now, I've embedded an iframe widget to the Unobtanium IRC channel.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of Unobtanium.uno, and you should see it.

It worked for me in Edge/Internet Explorer.  Did not work in Chrome.

Well now to buy a hundred kg. feel like in the past buying a ton. another 3y. and 1kg. going to feel like ton. People are not willing to sell Uno like use to by, but also they not willing to buy BTC ether. I thing the Krypto universe now waiting to see the big fat  fiat collapse. I thing after that happened the idea of crypto will be taken more seriously and have better chance for mass adoption. Then crypto  supposed to by recognized as real innovation an advantage of the future. Before that happen I thing we will not see any major movement. The power of our blue commodity will be unleashed. We live in the future. VIP place are reserved there and waiting for King Rare to arrive!

That's a shame about IXcoin. They've been around a long time.

Altcoins need a KGW (or similar) difficulty adjustment else eventually, they're gonna find their chain stuck at 83M difficulty with only 10 THS mining them.  Paying miners 0.00 ixc per mined block isn't much of an incentive to slog through hundreds of hi-diff blocks.

I'm glad Blazr2 had the foresight to build in a mining reward for UNO that will last 300 years, and that BW had the sense to add KGW.


Both UNO and IXC would benefit if MMPool resolved their issues with merged mining.  They've had MM disabled for several months now... such a shame. I loved mining there. It was always such a rush when they hit a bitcoin block, and it paid pretty well.
