I'm assuming I can't see the rest of your output because it's probably a bunch of posts in Altcoin Discussion, and I'm further assuming you're a shitposting bounty hunter.  I may be right; I may be wrong, but you're probably not earning merits because your posts are being buried in mega spam threads OR they don't stand out in any way such that someone with sMerits to give would notice them and give you merits.

There's no magic to earning merits.  I would suggest not begging for them, however.  You're not going to get any that way and might get reported (though there probably wouldn't be any consequences except perhaps for post deletion).

AFAIK, no specific boards to get merits. You can get merits from any boards but I suggest you start from your local board. Why? There should be merit sources there and you can optimize your posts as it is your own language. Anyway, if you really want to earn merits, something you must improve is your quality posts or positive contribution to the forum. Or you may get merits by help others with valid or good information. Once you did it and your posts deserve merits, I am pretty sure that people will appreciate it with merits.

Visit Beginners & Help and on the top right search box type in "Merit guide". You will be able to see so many threads and guides in the search results that discuss about how you can earn merit through improving your contributions in the forum.
You will also see lots of inspirational stories from different members who once had zero merits just like you right now and have ranked up to Legendary, Hero or Senior member ranks.

Almost all of his post is from bounties I never see a post with spammy links receive or earn merit.

I won't rehash other people's posts, but I will say there are threads out there why people can suggest posts should be merited.  There's even a thread started in the last couple of days that *might* give you merits if you are able to perform a simple task.

appears to simply be to post a couple of times a week then suddenly rank up with a burst of posts and some merits under your belt.  I'd say you must have just realised you could rank up if only for those pesky merits.

You don't have to search for merits that will naturally find you if you are a good poster.

What you should search for is search for rules, pinned threads, helpful guides and inspirational stories.

Yes this is a problem which every newbie is going to face if they are coming to this forum only to get paid with bounty shitcoins and giving no importance of how this forum's ranking system works. Eventually you will be yearning to rank up because of the bounties and will end up in this frustrated cage in no time.

However this is no quick fix to your problem. You have to visit the different sections of the forum, read the topics and see if you can give your insight in the threads. If your posts are substantial some merit source might be kind enough to grant you some merits.

I would have loved it if there was no specific sub-forums for this, but point is that some subs are more engaged with merits sources are therefore chances of getting a merit is higher there, at the cost of the fact that majority of the threads there are going to be a tangent to your head.

I will not tell you which sub forums are these. That is your job to find out.

There's no specific subforum where you could earn merits. You could earn it on any section; you just need to make posts that people might find decent enough to actually give you a few merits here and there.

And why they ask for merit instead of making some good qualitative post! Actually they want to take more advantages from this forum by gaining merits. Maybe some bounties offer higher amount for merited & upper rank user. You can see these kind of user never going to make any good contribution to this forum.

When you think about it, it makes perfect sense that members like @Lordrift sees merit that way, since all he was doing since registering on this forum was leeching from it via bounty campaigns, so naturally he sees merit system the same way.

@Lordrift To paraphrase that known quote, ask not what forum can do for you; ask what you can do for the forum, and merit will come! Might sound cheesy, but that's how it goes.

Begging for merits and posting in bounty topics will never get you anywhere.
