Yeah, I noticed the same some time ago. Funny how things can change. A year ago, I would always use TRX for withdrawals due to the very low fees but after their price hike, it is is more beneficial to use the erc-20 network. In the beginning, I would never wanted to use that network as their fees were ridiculous high.

I've never used any coin other than LTC to make withdrawals from Bybit or BetFury. I use eXch (which unfortunately will cease to exist) to swap back to BTC for my wallet. What advantage would ETH or other currencies lite TRX have over this?

eXch shutting down sucks big time as i was doing the same thins as you, getting LTC, ETH, USDT and swap it to bitcoin, and they had a free option for the network fees.
now we need to look for a decent alternative and i have not found anything as good yet.

Surprisingly, erc-20 transfers have become cheaper than trc-20 transfers. Honestly, I can't even remember the last time the ETH network had such low fees that are there now. So yeah, erc-20 seems to be a favorable way to deposit or withdraw from gambling platforms and exchanges right now.

I am surprised that the Tron team isn't doing anything to adjust their standard network fees that have been at the same levels for several years already. If you send from a non-custodial wallet to an address that doesn't hold any TRX, you are required to pay over 26 TRX in transaction fees. That's over $6. Even if the destination address holds TRX, you pay more than $3 in fees. My guess is that they don't care. They have enough traffic on the network and they make so much money that they don't care about lowering the network fees and making Tron more competitive. 

They did some changes few moths ago but it was rather "cosmetic" then real change in fees, some TRX wallets addresses are eligible even for 100% of discount on fees when one sends transactions to them

but so far I haven't seen them LOL never searched for more info which wallet can get such high discount and how

at start I was eligible for 50% discount when deposited to my Poloniex account but haven't done more deposits so don't know if this is stable discount, grows higher with more deposits or simply they used it as an advertising for new feature

I also know one person from the development team in TRX he is/was running the TronNinjas and NRG projects where one could send TRX transactions in bulk (multisender) and save on fees a lot and the wallet used for this service also was with 90% discount on fees but haven't seen any others

after implementation of this feature Trust wallet started to show me info when I send TRX to any address that it is getting 1% discount on fees

because of such high fees TRX is simply not usable, same as ETH just few months ago, after update it dropped to 4-6cents but still when congestion hits ETH blockchain fees are pretty high

luckily in Betfury there are other payment options like LTC which is and always was cheap to send

It's been known that some gamblers have the habit of always finding a way of getting back at a casino mostly after they have woefully lost money they never prepared to lose, this happen to gamblers who lack the ability to properly manage their funds, it's turns out that that not only are unable to manage their funds, but are also unable to manage their emotions as well..

I was had a friend who was known to behave like this, anytime he gambles on a casino and loses money that got him angry, he would go to the casino's group on telegram or their handle on X and start slandering the casino for no just course, claiming the casino scammed him meanwhile he only gambled and lost money, I and some other persons who knew this about him adviced him to stop it before it becomes a mental issues on him, I think he no longer does it..

Thanks for the information. I haven't heard this news. I know that if you have enough staked TRX and enough energy, you can make free tether and other TRC20 token transactions. But I have never encountered network fee discounts thanks to receiving fees from "special" addresses. Who do those addresses that can provide those discounts belong to? Well that depends on what people needs since if he doesn't need to cash out anything yet, he could choose to stake his winnings since I guess that's the better option to take rather than wasting it again on betting since there's huge chance that he comes out of luck and he might lose his BFG won from them. In my case, it would have been different because I would have converted the funds into stable currency by cashing them out first. Because of the volatility of the coin specially when it is gambling coin is has more risky situation on the market so I will play safe role here. And later, if I wanted, I would have spent some of it for my own pleasure and kept the rest for the next few months.
